Wonderful hotel in perfect old town location

    rating12 Sept 2026

I stayed at Soho Boutique Equitativa in Málaga with my adult son, and it was absolutely perfect for us. We stayed in Junior Suite 1203, This gave him a proper bedroom and me a comfortable separate lounge area, so we both had our own sleeping space. The sofa bed was easy to put up and down. This was really good value for money compared to booking 2 separate rooms. The hotel is modern, spotless, and in a brilliant location for exploring the city. Our 12th-floor views were stunning, with city views overlooking the Cathedral. The whole stay felt relaxed and easy. Check in was straight forward, staff were super friendly. I’d happily stay here again. PetitPalace Equitativa, Guest Services / Front Office at Petit Palace La Equitativa, responded to this review Dear Melaney,Thank you for your lovely review. We are pleased that Junior Suite 1203 was suitable for you and your son, offering separate resting areas and an easy-to-use sofa bed, and that you enjoyed the modern, immaculate rooms, the magnificent location for exploring the city, and the impressive views of the Cathedral from the twelfth floor. Our colleagues will be delighted to hear your kind comments about the cordial and straightforward check-in.We look forward to welcoming you back to Petit Palace La Equitativa; we hope to see you soon!Javier MedinaGuest Experience Manager

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location

We had a fantastic stay at the Soho Boutique Hotel in Málaga and would happily give it 5 stars. The location is ideal — just a short walk from the main street with plenty of shops and restaurants, and also very close to the marina. We stayed in a Junior Suite on the 8th floor, which was clean, modern and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the main street. The 7th-floor terrace bar was also a great place to relax, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back.
