    Great stay at this hotel. Changed my mind on 3 star hotels. Had everything you need in the room - mini bar / coffee machine / safe / nice toiletries in bathroom /powerful shower / hanging space and very clean. Staff soFriendly and helpful would defo stay again.

    The hotel is very centrally located in Malaga within walking distance of all of the city sights 5/5. It is very clean, bright and the staff were viry friendly and helpful. 5/5Our room was on the top floor and was comfortable if a little bijou.The bathroom was obviously designed for the handicapped as it was a wet room with stability bars each side of the wc. The shower was designed for someone sitting in a bathroom chair. Unfortunately, it could not be adjusted to a height where a non-handicapped person could shower hands-free. It was not possible to shower hands-free without holding the shower to the desired height.The bathroom door was a sliding door which could not be closed when not in use. It always rolled into the open position. The bathroom did not have a vent so steam and smells could not be vented externally.It seemed strange to us that this room was obviously designed for a handicapped person but we noted that there was not sufficient room for a wheelchair to navigate around the end of the bed to the bathroom.We were not advised in advance nor at check-in that our room was for a disabled person nor were we even asked if it suited us or whether we would perfer a "non-disabled" room.We were only staying two nights and decided not to raise the matter of the shower with Reception.The shower height and the inability to closed the bathroom door when not in use were really the only issues we experienced. 4/5In general, it was a good experience and we are sorry that it could not achieve an overall rating of 5/5

    Bedroom was great. Breakfast was dismal. Went in at 10am breakfast on until 11 am. No bread or buns. 2 slices of tomato. Asked for more bread had to wait 10 minutes while frozen bun was put in oven. Paid extra for this. No croissant. Little fairy buns of which one was left. Not impressed. Told guy at reception who wasn’t particularly bothered

    Nice stay in Soho Urban Malaga

    Just back from lovely stay in Soho Urban, good location, minutes walk from everything in central Malaga. Did room only, didn’t take the breakfast so can’t comment on that. The staff are so lovely. The lady who checked me in was so so kind, I forgot my travel adapter and I was off to Alhambra next morning so needed full battery, she kindly loaned me an adapter for duration of my stay, she was a life saver. The room was lovely, bit of wear n tear but overall lovely, same with bathroom, was lovely, I know this is probably petty but the toilet bin was so grubby, it was one of those aluminium ones and it was all dented and rusted and the sink counter top is one of those marble effect ones that retains water stains but I am being overly picky. I had a lovely 4 days, if you get a deal on the room I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here, central, comfy bed, nice shower and lovely staff, what more could you need. Just don’t over pay or you’ll be disappointed. Oh one thing, they need to add USB ports to the room.
