    PLEASE AVOID. I went to this hotel in May 2026 booked 2 nights through Luxury Escapes and was looking forward to my first trip to Malaga. I booked for 2 days but the hotel was so disappointing we had to leave after 1 night. The check in process was complicated which we weren't advised about. There is no staff present it was impersonal and faceless. 2 dead flies on the bed and the smell of sewerege was putrid. We informed the hotel by text as no staff were present. The hotel room had no natural light and I had to switch light on at 9am to see. Be warned if you stay here you will regret it. I complained to Luxury Escapes who followed up with hotel but both the hotel and Luxury escapes couldn't have cared less. Ran by AI! The reviews don't reflect how bad this hotel is don't go.

    The apartments are minimal but not ugly, unfortunatly the room was ruined by a disgusting smell, whose intensity was unbearable. It came from the bathroom but there wasn't any way to stop It. What a shame!!!

    The suite was lovely, very cosy, lots of snacks. Great location, the hotel is in a queit alley but a minute walk to the center and where everything is happening. Taxis dont come to the hotel door though, so u have to walk alittle. The guy at reception was really lovely too. The bathroom smelled alot though. It kept getting worse. I wouldve also liked it if the teas were updated upon cleaning.

    We had a wonderful stay here with our toddler - great facilities, friendly staff and perfect location for exploring the city. Very easy to reach the airport and that was with a buggy too. We hired the pool for an hour which was such a fun experience and well worth the fee for the private experience, especially with a child making noise and splashing. Would highly recommend and return
