    Amazing stay but dirty floors

    The penthouse is amazing, I would definitely recommend it BUT and this is a huge BUT ... PLEASE demand the apartment is mopped and cleaned before your stay. The concierge will say it is already clean... the phone representative will say it is cleaned. They act as if its a normal process. BUT it is 100% NOT cleaned. I would go one further and ask them to clean it in front of you as proof.

    Roccio at the front desk was a pure gem for us - got our room ready a little early, spoke with us about the area, restaurants, etc. The room itself was super spacious and clean - including a very large bathroom. The bed and pillows were very comfortable - room itself was very quiet. We were able to work the thermostat and cool down the rooms easily for sleeping - a big plus for me.

    We had a great stay at Tandem Suites. Our apartment was extremely spacious and clean, and had good air con. The apartment is well located and easily walkable to all the top tourist spots. The marina is around a 15 min walk where you can also pick up various boat trips. Check in was easy via reception hours 11-7 and our host was very friendly. Access outside of these hours is via an access code on the main door. The only downside is that there is nowhere to store your luggage within the building, however a 5 min walk away we used a very simple and secure locker service which was around 11euros for the day. Overall, a great stay and would definitely return.

    It was our second stay at the Tandem Suites Soho downtown Malaga. The very friendly team of Magali and Miguel gave to us warm welcome. Really a great pleasure to enjoy the penthouse apartment on the 7th floor again, with great view, spacious and clean. In case of further needs, the staff always takes care of it immediately. A cery comfortable and fantastic stay! Only two ideas to improve the place according to its high level: capsule coffee machine for the kitchen and internet access to Netflix!

    These are excellent apartments. Spacious and very clean. The beds are so comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The reception staff are wonderful and happy to help with any queries with a smile. The location is brilliant. 10 minutes from the sea front and 5 minutes from restaurants. We will be back!
