  Awesome Hotel With a Great Pool Spa experience

  Nice newly remodeled hotel in a good location. Just a few blocks to attractions. Lots of restaurants in the area, and hotel restaurant is good too. Rooms were beautifully done, very updated. Nice big shower with rain shower and hand held shower. Toilet room included a bidet. Outdoor pool was being renovated but downstairs is an amazing wonderland! Beautiful heated large pool that had 2 built in whirlpool baths plus 2 separate ones. Lots of different ways to get massaged on the pool chaises or one of 3 power streams. Pool also includes 2 swim spa jets for swimming if you don't want to lap the pool. Separate room has heated dry chaises. 2 dry saunas, 2 steam rooms, cold chill rooms and 2 ice cold plunge pools. Place is just phenomenal. We enjoyed it both nights we were there. They even provided us robes and sandals, as well as towels. Oh, and the pool spa was included in our room rate. 5 stars from us. Definitely will stay there when we return to Barcelona.   Disappointing experience

  The place is clean enough, spa is relaxing but it’s overpriced for what it offers. I’ve paid 200£ a night, without even a breakfast included, the room amenities are minimal and location is quite remote to main attractions, in a sketchy quarter. The staff is also not the friendliest, I don’t think I’ll be coming here again.   Rude staff worst experience

  Upon arrival around 3 PM, I was met with an unprofessional and rude attitude from a staff member named Andriana at the reception, who informed us—in an ironic manner—that check-in was only possible from 4 PM. While I accepted this, the situation worsened later when we sought directions to the city center. The same staff member accused me of being rude and refused to provide further assistance, which I found completely unacceptable and unprofessional.Additionally, the television in my room (number 2316) was not working, and despite my request for assistance, no help was provided.   We had a great time but in the midnight till early morning we herd loud noise and we couldn't sleep . The service was good and the housekeeping ladies were very polite and the receptionist was very helpful too. Overall our stay was Brilliant.   40th birthday city break.

  On arrival I wasn’t too sure about the area but once in the hotel it was beautiful. Rooms were amazing, stylish and clean. The rooms had blackout curtains and were silent in the evening. Could see the Sagrada from our room. We like walking so getting to parc Guell, the beach, sagrada familia, gothic quarter, las ramblas and the arc was not an issue, but if you don’t like walking, public transport was on the doorstep. There were some nice cafes and bakeries within 2 minutes walk from hotel also. We used the spa but some parts were not operating to save energy but the pool and jacuzzi were a welcome addition after the walking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing city break in a fab hotel. Highly recommend.
