    Was a lovely stay at a very nice hotel 15to 20 minute walk into centre but circular bus stop across road from hotel. Staff were very helpful and hotel was immaculate. Breakfast were good, good selection of cold and hot food. In all a great stay

    Receptionist was helpful and friendly. Hotel was quiet. Room was clean. Bathroom was good especially bubble bath. It was great to have a kettle and tea bags. However, it would be nice to have milk too. Also, the air conditioning maybe needs improving. Overall experience was excellent.

    Hotel Zenit is a great property. Located on the east side of Malaga, it's about a 20 minute walk down hill to the Roman Amphitheater area, which is then 10 minutes to the historic district. Rooms were clean and a nice size, breakfast was always a nice variety. Staff were always super friendly and helpful. Wifi always fast. Lots of bars and cafes right on the main street just 5 minutes from the hotel. Neighborhood grocery stores right around the corner.

    Friendly, welcoming, clean and comfortable. We loved the hotel. A bit of a trot to the centre (20 mins) but apart from the lack of tea bags and milk sachet in the room (sorry, English) you can’t go wrong. The on duty manager recommended “El Tintero” for lunch (El Paso beach, 20 mins on the No 8 bus from the Marina) wow!!! Thank you, well worth the excursion. We will see you again.

    No Flexibility Even in a FORCE MAJEURE Situation

    My experience with Zenit Málaga Hotel was truly disappointing. On August 11th, my flight from Liverpool to Málaga was diverted due to technical issues. Because of this unexpected and uncontrollable event, we had to cancel our trip. On the same day (August 11th), we immediately called and emailed the hotel. However, the hotel responded late and refused to refund the one-night charge.The diversion of the flight was completely beyond our control and should have been considered under force majeure. However, Zenit Málaga Hotel did not take this into account and strictly applied their cancellation policy. As a result, we unfortunately couldn't get a refund for the one-night stay.I would not expect such a rigid response from a hotel that claims to care about customer satisfaction. Instead of showing flexibility in a situation of force majeure, they adopted a strict stance, which was very disappointing. I would like to warn those considering staying at this hotel not to expect any flexibility in case of unexpected events.
