Location

This apartment complex is located only some 100 metres from the sandy beach of Cala'n Blanes. The tourist centre, with its numerous shopping and entertainment venues, is to be found in the immediate vicinity. There is a stop for public transport on the premises. A larger town, Ciutadella de Menorca, is around 5 km away, and Menorca Airport is roughly 50 km from the complex.

Facility

17 apartments are available. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Guests can store valuables in the safe. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. A safe and a minibar are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. A telephone, a TV, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Guests can also make use of the cleaning service on departure. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The apartment hotel has family rooms, 17 non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The pool complex, which includes 2 outdoor pools and 2 children's pools is a great place to work out or just relax and unwind. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. Leisure activities and facilities at the hotel include a gym, a spa and a solarium or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking.

    It is all about money and I truly think that for this budget it wil be hard to find something better than this great hosts , clean rooms , close to the centre and a quiet enviroment ALLA PROSSIMA AMICI MIEI

    Just back from 11 nights at these apartments check in wasn't great paid to stay then had to pay taxes gave us 4 bands didn't tell us what for had to find room ourselves. The location was good but that's it. Its room air con leaked everywhere next day they changed our room to a tatty old room. Food was very repetitive and bland .staff weren't the friendliness the bar staff were OK. Nothing at all to do here there was a pool but not the biggest . Supposed to be entertainment but there wasn't. Can get very loud at night . Only found out on 10th night we could of used hotel california.pics are the bar....

    The host was very accommodating and gave us great tips for the area and also let us borrow parasols for the beach. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed, including air conditioning (although beach towels and olive oil and salt & pepper for the kitchen would have been much appreciated!) and the location was perfect - just a few minutes walk to Cala en blanes which was one of our favourite beaches during our stay. Comfy beds and a good size for 4 adults. Ample parking on the street with good amenities nearby and the area felt very safe. As our flight was late at night and we had to check out at 10am, we were kindly given the key to the showers, but as it turned out we were given the wrong key, which wasn't an issue as there are beach showers at Cala en Blanes (no soap allowed). Really good value for money and we also got a discount for booking directly through their site. Just be careful as their emails can go through as spam which meant we nearly lost our reservation as we hadn't paid our deposit and didn't receive their notifications until last minute!

    The california apartments are a disgrace, the smell of fish and waste in the drains will make you ill, there isn't much to do at all and it is defenilty a waste of money Wouldn't recommend for families

    Well equipped apartments! Kettle, pans and even wine glasses. (Please note that there is no oven in the apartment) The property itself is very clean and looked after. Along with a large well kept garden and a swimming pool with lounge chairs. It is also very close to the beach, no more than a 5 minute walk along with restaurants and food shops. The reception itself also has items such as beach umbrellas, cooler bags and toys to take with you to the beach. The owners (we think) are very open and great hosts. It feels like nothing is too much and they are always happy to help. Should we return to Menorca this is where we would be staying again.
