    The location is great, the staff super friendly, the outdoor area awesome. The apartment large, good layout. I only wrote because the technical equipment is simply miserable. Air conditioning in the bucket — we get a weak floorstanding device and have to install and insulate laboriously. Safe is gone — needs to be rebuilt. Shutters are skewed. Stove lighting down, floor lamp askew. The bathroom is a joke. Toilet flush bitches. My daughter says: "Is this an emergency shelter? " Thank you.     Just spent ten nights in this quality complex staff were very helpful and friendly,and the food was excellent. The one bedroom apartment was very comfortable and spotless and ours was south facing which was an added bonus.

    Beautiful set of villas and apartments overlooking the sea. Peaceful and tranquil with shared pool and gardens. Plenty of parking and 2 mins to free car park. Close Supermarket and Bars and Restaurants.

    Enjoyable stay and good for a quiet holiday

    We stayed late august early September, a family of 3. Room was clean and well equipped but no TV channel in English. Nice view toward Arenal d Castell from the balcony which had table and chairs. Pool very good and clean, never busy: tidy garden. Quiet area. Easy to get to beach but 165 steps down and up again. We stayed half board. Restaurant i at Playa park hotel about 100m away. Lots of steps so not so convenient of you have very small children or cannot walk a long way. Bus stop to Mahon close by, also some bars for lunch time and some small shops also near. Hotel food very good choices if you like a lot of pork and fish but some variations and always plenty. Drinks are included with half board which is a very good feature. Some children's entertainment but only for very small (mainly German) children. We would definitely go back to this hotel.

    at 200€ a night, this 2 bedroom appartment is way too expensive. Very noisy and you literally have to pay for any extra's you may wish. They say the apartments have air conditioning, but they charge you 10€ a day. Then you have to wait one and a half hour for a guy with a key to switch it on, only for you to find out that the device doesn't really work. Want WiFi? Pay 10€ and the router will still refuse to connect you. Cutlery and plates etc. are the worst quality you've ever seen. But the view is nice...
