Unfortunately our holiday was horrible in this hotel. For the price we payed we were really disappointed. During the night (at 00-1am) we saw a lot of Cockroaches (really big) When we prevent the reception, a lady told us it’s not possible to change the room and the only solution was to sleep OUTSIDE. (Next to the pool) So for the price it’s not ConceivableAnd all the room are infected. One tips : Don’t go in this hotel.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, with the most unhelpful and incompetent reception staff.We arrived around 11:00 PM and were given our room keys. As soon as we entered the room, we were hit by what felt like a 50°C temperature. We then realized there was no air conditioning at all. We immediately went back to the reception, but the receptionist quickly disappeared before the advertised midnight closing time, and we were simply told that reception was already closed.The next morning, we went back to ask for a different room. At first, they told us that there were no rooms with air conditioning available. Later, it turned out that they actually did have air-conditioned rooms. We even offered to pay for an upgrade just to get a normal room where we could sleep, since we came here for a one-week vacation. They still refused.Because we booked through Ctrip, they told us we were assigned to the C Block rooms, which they themselves admitted are their worst rooms.The reception staff were completely unwilling to help. Most of them barely speak English, and instead of trying to solve the problem, they just kept avoiding responsibility. This hotel and its customer service are an absolute joke.Of course, they also refused to provide a refund, claiming that because we booked through a third-party platform they could not help. However, they were not even willing to contact Ctrip or assist us in resolving the issue.I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this hotel unless you are prepared to deal with terrible service, misleading information, and unacceptable room conditions.

We stayed for a week and thought the location was brilliant, only 5 minute walk to Santandria’s beach (which was a great snorkelling spot) and had 5 restaurants you could eat at. A small supermarket and bus stop was directly in front of the apartments also. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need and the fridge was super cold but we didn’t mind as it was so hot! The apartment itself was very clean and got cleaned 3 or 4 times during our week visit. We stayed in D13 and it was very quiet during the night and the morning. The only thing I would note is that this does not have air conditioning, it was fine most nights however a couple of nights when it was very humid it was difficult to get the bedroom cool (we knew this was the case when we booked so not a complaint, just an FYI) Some parking in front of reception, however we parked on the road most of the time as it was in the shade, never had to walk more than 1 minute - plenty of spaces. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend!

Brilliant for the budget

We travelled to menora for 3 nights away without the kids, we were so pleased with the accommodation was clean and tidy all you need 3mins walk from the beach supermarket over the road, 10 mins to cala blanco. Would definitely return nothing bad to say at all.

Absolutely no English food at breakfast and too far out for walking unless you're fit and able to walk a mile! There is a good supermarket over the road, good bus service to Ciutadella. Pool area is lovely surrounding area is very quiet. Apartments small with little cooking facilities. Beds like bricks.
