  Stayed here for a week the apartments were perfect sized. The staff was very friendly especially the ladies on reception. Only down full was the bar tender the male needs to learn hoe to make cocktails. Sex on the beach is vodka not bacardi haha!   Tired Hotel

  Arrived at 11:30am and told check in was not until 2:00pm. We should have been informed by the Travel Agent. At 2:00pm we we went to the main desk and was told that it could be anywhere from 2:00pm until 4:00pm. This was a total movement of information. My wife proceeded to contact the rep whilst I started to register with a priority check in. Suddenly we were informed that our room was ready. My wife enquired why the sudden change of circumstance. The surly receptionist blanked us. The room itself was okay. But the general state of the hotel, grounds and decor is severely tired no wanting in a complete refurb. There is a drains smell all the time in one side of the complex. Depending on what you recanting to pay and expectations are low then you will be okay.   Amazing vacations

  I would like to remark all the good things this hotel offers because I just have had the best experience and vacation ever, the cleaning and also the location was fabulous for our enjoyment. The food was amazing and the staff got ua speechless; lovely and kindhearted mostly I gotta say kudos and thanks to Christian an amazing waiter who was a very talkative man and so so caring about our good, so smiling and funny all the time while we were there. Definitely I’ll come back and recommend it to y’all.   Little Gem!

  Little Gem! We got a really good deal for this last minute holiday so expectations were low, we just needed a break and some sun! However, this place exceeded all expectations! Excellent value for money and would definitely return. Kids aged 4&6 loved the football/basketball areas and the pools. We could relax as we could see them from wherever they were playing from the loungers. Areas of the hotel are a bit dated but it was super clean. The self catering rooms are spacious and have everything you need in the kitchenettes. We went self catering and ate out at a variety of restaurants locally, all lovely and a bit pricey but you’re paying for the gorgeous scenery. We ate in the hotel a couple of nights and it was really nice food with a great variety, kids loved the buffet style eating. Used the little gym daily when it was too hot. The staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. Just a great stress free place to be!   Great family holiday from start to finish

  Travelling as a family of 4, 2 adults + 2 girls age 11 & 14 for 7 nights half board. Booked through Tui. Bus transfer from Mahon was just over an hour (we were 2nd drop off). Check in was smooth, staff friendly & respectful. We were given a 1st floor studio apart in the cottages. Double bed, kitchen, modest living /dining area with 2 sofa beds that were ample for the kids. Large balcony with table & only 2 chairs but simply used the dining chairs when needed. Bathroom had bath with shower over, wc, basin & bidet. Also hairdryer. Room was tidied every day/ beds made & towels replaced if you left on floor. Air-conditioning control was a bit of a mystery but it worked anyway & the room was kept nice & cool. The complex is in 3. Cottages, where we stayed had a decent pool, loungers, bar/cafe open during day. The palace hotel has a slightly larger pool, loungers, cafe/bar & internally houses the restaurant where you have breakfast/dinner. We stayed 7 nights & food was decent & varied enough to cater to most. Staff were really hard working, friendly & polite. The other block, the apartments had a 3rd smaller pool with slide, a small shop & cafe / bar. We discovered this back end of holiday & it was a lot quieter / more relaxed than the other areas. Hotel is an easy walk to a choice of 3 coves. 1 is literally 2 mins walk ( the middle size 1 with beach bar) , then there's a small one tucked around the corner across some rocks - well worth a visit as less frequented & crystal clear water. Then there's a larger one with a few bars, restaurants hotels situated around it ( about a 20- 15 min walk) Don't follow Google, use strava to figure the shortest route . Cuitadella city ctr was walkable- about 20mins at an easy pace or 2-3 mins on the bus. We walked to nearby cala blanca which was achievable & worth a visit for shops, bars, restaurants & also had a short bus ride to Cala Bosch to the aquapark (pricey & ticket doesn't include locker or sun loungers hire). Cala Bosch however has a beautiful marina & lots of nice restaurants around it. Our only real gripe (not an uncommon one) was that although sun loungers at the hotel had signs up saying not to be reserved with towels, of course certain individuals did (you know the type!), so loungers were scarce, only becoming free later in day, as the hotel.didnt appear to enforce the policy relying unfortunately on people's better nature. The relaxed nature however extended seemingly to the pool hours, which our kids & many others took advantage of with a late swim (lovely with the moon out). It's not 5 star but as an advertised 3 star, I'd say it meets its mark solidly & would deffinitely go back. Great location & staff.
