  The staff in the hotel made the holiday special nothing was to much trouble. The staff in the restaurant were really nice and friendly.

  Just Superb!!

  Just returned from eleven night stay at this wonderful hotel. Unbeatable location with fantastic sea and harbour views from your balcony. The Artiem is kept spotlessly clean and our room was cleaned meticulously every day. The hotel is very environmental friendly and a fantastic touch is the water station on floor two for refilling your water bottle. Pool area was very good with modern sunbeds, and we always managed to get one no problem. Lovely setting watching the cruise ships go by from here.We were half board and found the restaurant very relaxing. Great food choices cooked freshly for you, meats tuna ,swordfish, lovely. Great salad selection, fresh soups and delicious desserts. Again breakfasts were very good with cereal selection, fruits and eggs cooked to order. Restaurant staff were wonderful and so friendly, really helpful and attentive. We walked into Mahon most days which is a lovely thirty minute walk along past the marina with plenty of small bars on the way. Town Square in Es Castell is also nice at nights for a drink. I would really like to thank the magnificent reception team Gwen, Ester, Maria, Judith, Oscar and of course Miguel. They are all so friendly and helpful and even gave me a certificate for my attempted Spanish!! I have never seen anyone as enthusiastic about his job and where he lives as Miguel. Unbelievable. Lastly I would like to say how approachable the manager Lorenzo is. He has visions for the hotel and I am sure he will achieve his ambitions with his outlook and great team behind him.The most friendly hotel I have visited and I know that I will return again soon.   Fabulous hotel in beautiful location

  Just back from a relaxing week in Minorca - three nights of which were spent in the Artiem Carlos. In my humble opinion it is the lovely friendly and very competent staff that make this hotel so special, along of course with the good food and beautiful location.I had booked a room with a balcony and I was so glad I did - I seemed to spend most of my days sitting there watching the boats and yachts pass by.The room overall was modern and clean but I was a bit disappointed that the double room I had booked turned out to be 2 single beds - I don't sleep very well in a single bed but when I wasn't sitting on my balcony I was going on long coastal walks so I did sleep well. The bathroom was a good size.The bus stop is nearby and it is very easy to catch the bus into Mahon for shops etc.I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Our Sea View rooms can be either double or twin beds, we try to give our guests the rooms that fit their needs best, but it is always under availability. I will try to directly contact you through mail so you can have my contact and give us your preference.Nonetheless, we are glad you made the most of the area with your long coastal walks. The bus stop nearby does make exploring Mahon and beyond very easy, and we are delighted you found that convenient.Finally, we value your wholehearted recommendation.
