    I would like to discuss my experience at this hotel.It is a very complete central hotel should be dismissed the kindness of Bernat the owner who did everything possible to make us feel comfortable, already attending in advance all my requests.The room is very cozy has a large fitted wardrobe and the top has to place the bags. The mattress is very comfortable, has TV and a nice decoration. The bathroom is equipped with hairdryer, towel rail, champo etc.Quality price very good.In the hall near reception has refrigerators, umbrella coffee maker water and other services.     Very bad experienceHotel extremely noisy: impossible to sleep, woken all night by street noises (trash trucks, motorcycles, etc.).     Very family friendly and centrally located small hotel (7min walk from the centre of Ciutadella).The breakfast buffet not very spacious but correct, the latte is served to you freshly brewed which is a plus. Correct room with fan, no air conditioning and this we found lacking (everything and we were told that they are working on it to have it shortly).     Delightful Hotel in Ciutadella

    The stay was delightful and more than exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a small characterful 'boutique' style hotel in Ciutadella and the Balear was certainly that. The Host, Bernard, is a super guy and did everything to make my stay enjoyable, including looking after my bicycle! The breakfast and service was top notch! Would definitely go back! Loved the place.
