Location

This apartment complex is situated close to the town centre (about 400 m) and just across the quay from the nearest beach (approximately 250 m). A vast selection of shops, restaurants and bars are to be found a stone's throw away (250 m) and it is 8 km to Mahón. The airport can be reached in 15 minutes by making use of the public transport that departs from a stop located in the vicinity.

Facility

The apartment complex has a lifts and features 74 apartments. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom.     stayed here ss a couple for 9 nights october 14th. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Pool area lovely lots of sunbeds and pool very clean and inviting ,life guard present. The safe was in room and no charge for using it also the aircon was free to use. Apartments a little dated but totally functional we cooked a basic breakfast with ease. We paid for a late checkout €30 to keep the apartment untill 5pm which changed our last day made a full day and when we went to return the keys we got told we could keep the room as long as we needed upto 10pm. Very short walk although a hill involved to resturants and shops. local shop just behind complex. Would definetly recommend and return. Try isla del aire for foid so friendly and live music every night.

    Tour operator advertises restaurant, bar and laundry service, none of these were available and according to receptionist haven’t been for over a year!! Very misleading, apartment in desperate need of refurbishment, curtains filthy, kitchen cupboards been fixed with odd bits of wood, no oven or grill, just a basic microwave and 2 hobs, not even a frying pan, no WiFi available in our apartment spoke to reception 4 times about it, stayed for 2 weeks still not working when left. Only good thing was the spotless swimming pool.

    Comfortable, But Dated Stay

    The Apartment is located close to Punta Prima Beach and a small supermarket. It is relatively spacious, with a large bathroom with high ceilings (top floor). It is very clean, albeit slightly dated with some cracked tiles and slightly worn out feel. However, the single bed for the extra adult was unstable and eventually unusable. It needs to be replaced. Other items, such as a toaster was available on request.

    I stayed here in June for a 3 night break and have just repeated the beautiful experience 7th to 10th August.This accommodation is perfect. The staff are really helpful. On my previous visit in June, I didn't collect my deposit for the hairdryer and the lovely girl on the reception gave it to me as she remembered me.The apartments are lovely. The kitchen is a little tired but its functional.Everything else is perfect. The beds are so comfortable. The air conditioning is really powerful and has some sort of air freshener in it so the apartment smells lovely.The patio furniture is great and the pool is huge and clean. There were always sunbeds available which isn't usually the case elsewhere in high season.The little resort has everything you need and a beautiful beach. The Aire Restaurant is the best we found, right on the beach.Everything is just wonferful and I will always stay here when I visit Menorca.Thank you Bimbolla!!

    Clean and quiet apartment

    Ideal for what we wanted. Clean apartment within a 5 minute walk from the front at Punta Prima where the beach and restaurants are located. Easy parking outside, quiet in the evening, nice pool area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Have already booked our return.
