  Apartment was very dated,beds were uncomfortable. However they were clean ,towels and bed linen clean and fresh .had everything we needed, hairdryer,cutlery,plates bowls cups (just small ones so bought a couple of mugs),pans, microwave,kettle,coffee machine fridge Nd 2 ring hob..first day no running water for most of the day but not a problem,just couldn't have a shower,...staff were all very very friendly and welcoming but watch when asking for drinks..got our orders wrong most days and we didn't know what we were drinking half the time 😂 .but bar staff were lovely ..didn't go in pool but it looked lovely....last day I was woken up at 1.30am to the smell of some kind of fumes .hubby said smelt like aircraft fuel..kept me awake most of the night and give me a headache...turned out they were burning something on the complex all night ..nice base Atención al cliente, Ventas at BLUESEA Lentiscos, responded to this review Dear Donna B, Thank you for choosing us.   Great ..... what a amazing place 😍 basic but very very clean 👌 the staff are the best I have ever encountered...we have a little problem with the evening meals not being available because of staff sickness...I pointed out how disappointed we was as the meals are amazing 👏 the next day we received a bottle of cava and ham in our apartment ❤ and on the last day of our holiday there was a iced bottle of wine 🍷 ham and fruits for us wow...I have traveled alot and have never known such kind and lovely customer service we were very emotional...we are looking too stay at the moon dreams parc for next year looks great thank you manager and moon dreams los lentiscos Atención al cliente, Ventas at BLUESEA Lentiscos, responded to this review Dear AZax666, Thank you for sharing your comment about your experience in our apartment.   Please please think twice,the photos you see in the room for booking,are not the same,we had a terrible wooden old table and chairs,, not shown in the picture, same as the sofa,the room smelt like,s---,when we walked in,the kettle was rusty,same as the pans, complain to reception, nothing brought round to us to replace it,the staff are lovely, but like the bar lady told me, your not the first to complain,and the worst of it all,was when the couple went home next door,I seen the cleaning lady dip her mop bucket,in the pool for water to mop the floors in the room,I couldn't believe it,I asked her if you do this all the time,even with no bleach,she said yes no outside taps around the buildings,the rooms are not good at all,we,slept in the night, but spent our days and evenings,out,to be honest,we couldn't wait to get home, complained to Jet2, and waiting for a reply,there are so many lovely hotels around this place,so think twice before booking, sorry,but this is my honest review, Atención al cliente, Ventas at BLUESEA Lentiscos, responded to this review Dear C4117UBdarrenh, We sincerely appreciate your choice of our apartment.   Awesome Hotel ❤

  We were doing the Cami de Cavalls for our adventure trek this year, having completed quite a few long distance treks over the years but with soaring temperatures of between 36 - 40°C we were starting to melt! We found Los Lentiscos on a Google search, booked and paid online then later that da stumbled into reception to be greeted by some of the most friendly smiling reception staff ever.The apartment was immaculately clean with toiletries provided and towels changed every other day. Very comfy beds with extra pillows and blankets if you required them.The swimming pools are fabulous and again very clean with an on duty and very attentive qualified life guard.All the public areas are also sparkling clean, you can tell all the staff take pride in their jobs.The girls staffing the bar area, thank you all 😘 my liver has just recovered from the brandy overdose!Definitely recommend this if you are staying in Cala Blanes, we really had a fantastic time.   Excellent value for money

  Just returned from a week here, great time had. Rooms are very clean, bathroom had a bath and a powerful shower, hairdryer and toiletries, looks recently renovated . Kitchen was very clean and tidy, everything you need, all cutlery/crockery/utensils, even washing up liquid/sponge/tea towel provided. Bedroom clean, beds comfortable, extra pillows if required, plenty of hanging space, no drawers and could do with a mirror in bedroom as well. Pool area very clean , plenty of beds and umbrellas always some available. Pool bar reasonably priced and decent food. All I all we had a great holiday, was pleased I wasn’t put off by some previous reviews. Location is excellent with a supermarket/ bakery across the road and some fantastic restaurants close byWe would definitely return, as I say only negative was lack of drawer space in bedroom and a mirror. Thank you to all the staff who were very friendly and attentive.
