  The food is terrible, always cold no matter what time of the day you go. The choice is very similar for lunch/dinner everyday and there is always flies buzzing about.Can't comment on the entertainment as it only started at 10pm. With 2 children that had been on the go all day this was far to late for them. So we never saw it.We had a 2 bedroom apartment, it was clean enough and got fresh towels everyday. It was equipped with a microwave, kettle and a hob but absolutely nothing else. No plates, bowls, cups, glasses or cutlery!Sunlongers round the pool are hard plastic so not very comfortable. Not much round about the hotel and what was there, a lot of it had shut for the season.On the whole we had a nice family holiday, but this is definitely not a 4 star hotel and I would not recommend it to others the food let's it down badly.   We were a party of 11, on arrival wich was 10.30am some of our did not get into their rooms until 3.30pm so was not a great start to our holidays🙄all the staff were excellent from the reception staff through to the cleaners very friendly! The apartments were spacious and clean the beds were very comfortable. My grandson had a very bad smell in the room we complained and he was given another apartment immediately so congratulations too the reception staff who made the move easy. Food was under parr always luke warm and not too much taste. The waterark was good as we had teenagers that were kept entertained through the day. Entertainment was ok. On the whole moonpark is ok but definitely not 4 star. But all the family on the whole had a great time because we made our own entertainment as a family. Would i recommend it🤔 yes i would.   Wonderful week at moon dream

  The staff was unbelievable so friendly so helpful. At the restaurant chatting to use . The pool lady’s was lovely in fact all staff work so hard . The room was so clean tidy . Clean towels every single day . Rooms brush clean and mop . Food was mainly ok . But lots of time it was cold . I love salad so wasn’t to bad but even the fries where cold it’s not hard to get warm food such a disappointment as the food would have been a much better standard .   Let down & hoodwinked 🫣

  Andrew Murray1/516 hours ago on GoogleCurrently staying @ 686 , arrived at 10.30 am - room wasn’t ready till 15.30 spent most of afternoon sleeping on sofas in reception & outside till room was ready , on entering ( room ) as that’s all it is , with a adjacent door internally to front apartment , that you can hear other guests arguing / talking etc .. you might as well been in the same room as them .. we did complain to front reception desks to be told there were no alternative rooms , ( even offered to pay extra to upgrade) .. wouldn’t of booked this holiday if we’d of known this & it doesn’t show or even mention in the booking brochure.. we were told by a member of staff that in July there were 900 guests staying , & this week 1-10th October only 200 , so why are they unable to find another room ( or even one to upgrade too ?) …Definitely NOT 4⭐️…. 🙄😳 Atención al cliente, Ventas at Bluesea Marina Parc, responded to this review Dear I7850Bandrewm, We regret to hear about your experience.   Hi just got back from 10 days the room they first put us in had mould on ceiling in bath room we went to have shower ther was no cold water just really hot water we could not use the shower, The floor the bedroom had all ,cracked and quite sharp the next day they moved us to another room only to find ther was no sea view which gw3e payed for two days. Later we come back to our room only to find ther was a strong smell of sewage we had to open all windows and door to get the smell out this hotel is not 4 star far from it the staff are really good in pool bar and entertainment staff it's a shame the sight looks really good but rooms are very poor won't be going back Atención al cliente, Ventas at Bluesea Marina Parc, responded to this review Dear silvertopgjf, It's regretful to hear about your less than ideal experience at our establishment.
