    Great hotel near the centre with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms were modern and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic.     Facilities good clean tidy spec. Hot water issue was resolved quickly. Good in parts don’t bring the car unless you fancy a long walk or pay E20 a day. The spa €20 . If you don’t fancy breakfast there is a great coffee shop over the road.Compared o similar overpriced merde in the uk particularly the europa hotel Crawley (avoid). It’s great.     Just missed the mark for me. Short of towels. No little extras in the bathroom ...The breakfast was the most basic that I've ever had in a Hotel of this calibre. The cake was lovely but do you need full table of it ... ? Three tiny pieces of fruit on offer IF you ask for it.. table service was slow... and there were eggs and more eggs to choose or not choose from... I think that all customers should be catered for.Staff were polite.The location was great, but that was about the greatest plus point.     Beautiful hotel with excellent staff

    This is an outstanding hotel in the centre of Mahon which has truly taken the time to create an inviting, comfortable and modern place to stay. The entire team of staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, with huge attention to detail. The beds were comfortable, the shower was powerful and the room was tastefully decorated, if slightly on the small side. We will be back!
