Location

This pleasant apartment complex is located in the holiday area of Playo de Fornells, directly on the beautiful sandy beach. The town centre and the fishing village of Fornells lie roughly 3 km away, and restaurants, bars and the nearest public transport stop are to be found in the immediate vicinity. Menorca airport is roughly 35 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 72 apartments and 3 studios. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the apartment complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The complex has family rooms and 75 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. A variety of activities are available at the complex, for example beach volleyball, basketball, crazy golf and golf or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking and tennis. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning and snorkelling. For a fee, guests can also enjoy kayaking and diving. Sport and leisure options include table tennis or, for a fee, billiards and callisthenics. A spa and solarium are available in the wellness area. The complex offers plenty of activities and entertainment options, including an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. The complex offers a wide range of catering options. Bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive can be booked. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    Avoid!! Dreadful place.

    Firstly, from the moment we stepped on Menorca, everyone was rude and miserable and didn't talk to us. From the transfer driver, the restaurant staff and the airport staff. The apartment was dated, so claustrophobic, smelt of drains, riddled with mosquitos. It's located on the middle of nowhere. Water park on top of hold, freezing cold water and wind, despite it being very hot weather.The towels had blood stains on them. Rubbish left on poolside from people drinking beers and leaving their cups there.Mediocre food. The only exciting food was the food.One lovely girl who actually used to smile and greet us at the restaurant door. All other staff looked like they hated tourists, hated their jobs and it was hard to find a clean table.The entertainer was average. My daughter sat in a child's poo on the entertainment floor, where another child has pooed and it hadn't been cleaned up. The worse part of the holiday was how unwelcome the Spanish people made us feel. It was like holidaying in bad dreams/scary movie. Never, never again. I will always stick to Greece and their wonderfully friendly people.

    This is a lovely place to relax. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped for our needs. The staff were all, without exception, very friendly and helpful. The garden was very well maintained and the pool was large. This was a very pleasant stay. Muchas gracias a todos!

    We were a little apprehensive about going here as we had read poor reviews.The reception staff were friendly and helpful.The accommodation was clean and a very good size, we had two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen diner, balcony & a large sofa bed. The beds were comfy and we had loads of wardrobe space.The maid service was brilliant clean sheets new towels very often.The pools were not very crowded loads of sunbeds and the music not too loud, the gardens were beautiful and well maintained.The breakfast (we were B&B) was excellent with loads of choice and very friendly helpful hard working staff.The resort had plenty to do with a free waterpark and very close to the beach.We ate a couple of times in the evening at the buffet it was very good.We ate at the Bar once it was expensive and not very good.The beach was clean and plenty of sun-beds.I would have made it a 5 star review but for a couple of gripes.We hired a safe and the first key broke it was very cheap the second key we were given did not work so we got a refund they need to upgrade the safes.The second and biggest issue was NO AIR CONDITIONING !! We went in August and the ceiling fans were only OK when lying in bed at night the rest of the time they were useless. I understand the cost of putting A/C in but it is enough for us not to revisit.

    We had to leave this place, and cut our holiday short, due to being badly bitten by insects and bugs!The state of the apartment was appalling. Rusty mirror, dirty and cracked floors and sink, grubby furniture etc... Bird faeces all over the balcony, which the inadequate, useless cleaners just laughed at. Avoid at all costs!

    Swimming pools are great (lifeguard at 2 of them), clean apartments but supermarket is expensive. Wouldn’t recommend with young children. Beach is lovely though. Evening entertainment is rubbish/none.
