Wow - amazing hotel & location

Wow - what a beautiful hotel & location - is your after a place to chill with amazing beach - Cala Galdana - this hotel fits the bill & location - a 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches ever - amazing views & restaurants you will be happy you have made the right choice - the hotel is a small walk up a hill - however all the staff are lovely & will do any thing for you - book the ocean view room - they have separate bedrooms - small kitchen with views to die for… rooms get cleaned every day - sit off on your balcony after a full day in the beach or around the chilled pool - we’ll be back next year 2027

Second visit to this special hotel. Loved it so much the first time, we decided to head back there again. Did not disappoint. Staff are brilliant. So helpful. The area is spotless, so clean. Rooms are clean too. We were at the back facing the car park but it was still lovely and quiet. I would make two comments though :1. Was in a 2 bedroom suite which sleeps 6 technically; but there was only 1 toilet/shower. Another one ie a ensuite would have been really useful. The toilet in the bathroom faced the sink and huge mirror so I spent the week trying to avert my eyes from seeing myself sitting there. Both just personal comments.2. The Swimming Pool was VERY COLD. It was like that last time but I had hoped things would have improved. Even if its heated slightly, I think more people would have used it. You saw people taking deep breaths before going in.The location of this hotel is on a hill, so there is a 10 min walk into the town from the hotel which is easy going down but if you have any disabilities the walk back could be difficult for you. Cala Gandala is a wonderful/small/clean resort with a lovely beach. Not for hen parties etc, but if you want a quiet holiday with some nice food and drinks, this is place for you.The supermarket below the hotel is a good size and has all the usual stuff you would want to buy while on holiday.I was very sad to come home from this lovely hotel - my holiday went in far too quick - but hoping to return in the future again.

Loved our stay. The hotel is clean, modern and great location. I was worried about the hill before we came,but it was fine. No problem at all. The staff were lovely and our apartment was excellent. We did pay for a superior room, which im glad we did as the view was stunning. Definitely going back.

I have giving poor reviews and in this case it’s mixed in that the hotel is nice and the rooms are good. The issues is staff and organisation : we booked 5 rooms and they managed to completely mess up check in. The rooms via booking.com all came with breakfast included and yet they tried to charge us for breakfast and insisted the booking I showed them was wrong and were very rude about it. A change of attitude would get a 4 out of 5 review but staff attitudes and common sense service matters! Alba Lledó, General Manager at Comitas Floramar, responded to this review Hello Sean,We would like to clarify that the reservation we received from Booking.com was for five rooms, three of which included breakfast, while the remaining two did not. This information was clearly stated in the booking confirmation provided to the hotel by Booking.com. Our reception team attempted to show you the confirmation so that you could review the details yourself. However, you declined to do so and, during the conversation, expressed your dissatisfaction with our reception staff, describing them as inefficient, stating that they were wasting your time, and indicating that you intended to leave a negative review.We are sorry to hear that you felt our reception team did not meet your expectations. However, our staff were simply trying to explain, politely and professionally, the conditions specified in the reservation received from Booking.com. Ultimately, you left the hotel without paying for the two breakfasts that, according to the booking confirmation available to us, were not included in your reservation.We therefore encourage you to review your booking confirmation directly with Booking.com, as this should help clarify the situation and resolve what appears to have been an unfortunate misunderstanding.We regret that this experience has negatively affected your perception of our hotel.
