Quite but good holiday

On the whole we had a very nice time, however we found the pool area was too quite and felt that some music would have created a much better atmosphere, the hotel itself is well positioned to all amenities, beaches and harbour, the staff at the hotel were all excellent from maids to reception. The resort itself lacks public toilets as there are none.

Great place to relax and chill.

Shared our holiday with friend and family but all stayed in different locations. Ours was without doubt the prettiest! We had a fabulous time, the staff at this resort were AMAZING. Helpful, cheerful and all round good from the ladies cleaning our room to the reception and the staff in the restaurant. Easy walk into the restaurants and shops. Bus stop close by for trips further on the island, Cuitadella well worth a visit and the sunset boat cruise was great way to see the coastal area. Room was spacious for the 2 of us, bed comfortable. I would ask another time for a walk in shower as climbing into the bath is getting hard for me although husband was fine. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Loads of recycling spots. Great value evening meal and breakfast was delightfully expansive with loads of choice, even gluten free. WE were not troubled by noise however, it was quite close to end of season so can't speak for full summer months.

Nice location, friendly staff, but disappointing room facilities...

I travelled with a friend, however we had our own rooms & chose B&B, the hotel looked quite impressive when we arrived, however we then realised the accommodation was not the usual layout..... there were lots of steps up & then more down, My friend is in her eighties & was not expecting to manage luggage up & down so many steps. The apartment was nice, clean, spacious but the bedroom had hardly any storage, just about okay for one person, but if I was sharing it would be impossible to store clothes for two in the tiny wardrobe. no drawers at all in the bedroom & no dressing table just a shelf.The bathroom needed an update, I was expecting a walk in shower, but both studios had a bath with shower over. My friend struggled with this arrangement.The staff were very nice, also the pool area but the breakfast was nothing special & the Take away Breakfast that we were given on the morning we were leaving was so bad we left them at the reception. It consisted of an uncut white bread sandwich of plastic ham, a small plain brioche roll a small bottle of water & a banana!!The hotel bar does not open until 7.30pm which is far later than any hotel I have ever stayed at.Sadly, although a nice location, I won't be staying here again.

Overall a good experience

The staff were friendly and helpful, the ambience of the place was very laid back and peaceful and relaxed, the rooms were clean but a bit dated. The beds were fantastic i was there for 10 days and i slept really well every night very comfortable. The pool was lovely and there was always a sunbed available ??. Only 2 grumbles one was that i have mobility issues with my knees and i requested a shower but i was given a bath with a shower and the biggest gripe was the food it wasn't that good and it was never hot it was always just warm but overall a pleasant stay would recommend the place for self catering but not half board.

Slightly disappointing for the cost

The hotel was lovely, the staff friendly helpful and accommodating, the room we had was alright but lacking in storage space. We opted for half board, the breakfasts were good however the biggest issue we both had was that the evening meals were lacking in choice and the hot food itself was more than often lukewarm and disappointing to the extent that after several days we decided to op to eat out at some of the many great restaurants surrounding the harbour. Overall should have opted for bed and breakfast.
