Nice location with views of the mountains and a little bit of the sea, we saw alot of hikers so must be a good location for hiking. Very friendly atmosphere between the staff and the other holiday makers.The superior junior suite was very big, modern and clean, perfect for our family of 3 with a cot bed also our bed was massive and comfortable too.Value for money in October was good but not sure about peak season.Eva in the restaurant was so good with our little boy giving him lots of attention which he loved. All the staff were amazing in the restaurant.3 different swimming pools so plenty of space to relax

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it. The location, around 1km from the resort centre, was perfect for us as we enjoyed being close to the nature area and the walking trails.Our room was very clean and spacious, as was the balcony, and the kitchenette had everything needed to prepare a meal, although we chose to eat out. The hotel had a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, and the buffet breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. The pool area was also clean and well maintained, with plenty of sunbeds available.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Quiet residential location but with easy access to the gorgeous sandy beach and the few shops and restaurants of Son Bou via the free regular shuttle bus from the hotel: runs every 15 minutes from after breakfast til around 19.45, with a break from 13.45 til 16.00 and takes just a few minutes. There are also eating places on the beach which do meals and drinks. The bus stop is just round the corner to take you to more of the local area and Mahón and Ciutadella should you wish. The buses are also spotlessly clean and incredibly cheap with friendly drivers to help you out. They only take cash no cards but they do give change. The atmosphere in the hotel was great: very laid back, friendly helpful and informative: very much like a small family. Absolutely spotlessly clean everywhere. Many guests return year after year and I will also now be one of them!There are 3 pools next to each other with one dedicated to children in the centre of the well kept gardens. The rooms are in low rise blocks around the pools but not too close to them. Pools cleaned every morning. There is a very good small supermarket attached to the hotel which is friendly and well stocked with many requirements, food and otherwise you may need for your holiday. I was half board and the food was lovely. Freshly cooked with choices and it was also still hot which isn’t always the case in hotels. Breakfast had cereals, cold meats, pastries, bread and rolls, as well as cooked options: English sausage, bacon , mushrooms, beans, toast and eggs fried scrambled or omelette. Choices of juices and included tea and coffee. Evening meals had cooked options and salads, again with breads, rolls etc. Also daily choice of soup. Drinks were extra as they are in many places.Seating was inside or out on the terrace: your choice. Low key music on quietly in the background. Rooms were large and set out like a studio but with plenty of space and a balcony. There was a bed area with plenty of storage, a seating area with a sofa and separate chair, bathroom and a kitchen area with table and 4 chairs, together with a fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle , toaster , 2 cooking rings and a microwave/oven. Mugs plates utensils provided: enough to make simple meals if you didn’t want half board or eating out. Snack bar just off outside terrace. No loud music or games around pool area. Very peaceful to just sit out read etc or discover more of the island with a quiet haven to come back too. More suited to younger children up to around 4/5 as there is play equipment for them. Looking forward to returning next year!!

Loved the look of this hotel online but in person it is so much better! The staff are all amazing, Veerna who works on reception is lovely and so very helpful. The restaurant staff are all friendly & happy to help. We stayed B&B but did pay for dinner On a few nights. The food is really good and worth the €22. There are random chickens & cockerels walking around the grounds. They aren’t a bother and we barely heard them in the mornings and we were pool facing in our room. I definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back!!! Local bars are about a 25 minute walk away, the kitcat bar is run by a lovely couple from London and are very welcoming.

beautiful hotel acomodation in a very quiet area of Son Bou. Limited walks near hotel and very hilly.Wifi not available in rooms.Food selection poor especially at breakfast.Only soup choice changed 3 times in 7 days.Certain seating in restaurant not available in evening.Staff and service excellent.Gardens,pool areas immaculate.Hotel bus very good and found good bus tours half price of JET2 Tours.
