    The hotel is amazing - but what really makes this place special is the beautiful team that take care of you!

    From the incredible warm welcome from the lovely ladies at reception - the efficiency and helpfulness of the porters and the very knowledgeable concierge - no Google says this here! The breakfast was also a very relaxed and enjoyable experience.

    Had an outstanding stay with Faustino GranWas only there for 4 days, but had an amazing time with my family.The hotel is beautiful and the staff are outstanding, and extremely helpful at all times.The hotel room we had was perfect for us.Will be coming back next year

    Over promises/ under delivers

    Could be a five star but over promises on rooms and country club and under delivers. I booked a deluxe room direct with Relais and Chateau and had to complain about being given a standard double. The country club is a renovated farm house with pool and decking that is poorly maintained. The staff were good but the food and service just doesn’t match French Relais and Chateau hotels. Not worth €500 plus per night. As I left another couple were complaining to the manager about their room so perhaps a more common problem
