Amazing 3rd stay.

We have stayed at the Gran Sagatario 3 times now ( 4th booked) and it just gets better. A lovely & friendly welcome from reception with a waiting refreshing drink. Everywhere smells clean & all areas are absolutely spotless. Plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast. Mari in the restaurant is very polite & friendly, she remembered us from earlier on in the year.Pool bar is really good plenty drink & food options served by the amazing staff.We had a spacious room overlooking the pool area. A quiet location with a short walk down to the cove, beach & restaurants & bar. Spa treatments are the best we've ever had thanks to Sonja. A short steady walk into Cuitadella & a short bus ride away into Caln Bosch for days out. Only downside is the people who ignore the no smoking rule as stated on the info sheet.Look forward to our next stay. A wonderful holiday in a wonderful hotel

A lovely quiet location next to 2 beautiful small beaches within 5 mins walking distance. The hotel is immaculately clean, quiet, friendly and perfect for our stay. Lovely clean pool and not cold! Food excellent quality and lots of choice. It was our second stay here. We had a fantastic room in a quiet location it was a suite which was perfect. We were given an upgrade when we arrived which was a wonderful surprise and much appreciated. An Amazing Return Visit

Recently returned from another great stay at the Hotel Gran Sagitario. The room and hotel generally are spotlessly clean. The swimming pool is large and welcoming. The food is excellent. All the staff work so hard and are so friendly. The position of the hotel near a cute little cove yet only a 15 minute bus ride into Cieutadella is also fabulous. Our second stay at this hotel. We would not look anywhere else in Menorca. A super find. Exceptional stay

Stayed here for 6 nights in September/October 2026. First time to Menorca, having frequented Mallorca a dozen times for the last 15yrs. Gran Sagitario is a lovely hotel. Modern, clean (immaculately clean!), well-maintained, with excellent amenities. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Restaurant was excellent with great choices for both breakfast and dinner (buffet for both). Rooms were perfect, housekeeping staff were wonderful and took great care of us during our stay.Pool was great, plenty of sunbeds, no need to reserve. Just a lovely chilled vibe.Most of the guests were a mix of English, Spanish, French, German. A more mature guest with a few young families, a great place to come if you want to chill.The area doesn’t have much going on, but the Ciutadella is 15 mins on the bus, and a beautiful place to visit - eat, drink, shop, explore. Disappointing

My experience at the hotel was very disappointing. The treatment from most of the staff, except for the reception team (they were nice), was poor. The service was generally unfriendly and not welcoming at all (food & beverage staff). The food was disappointing. On top of that, our room was not properly cleaned, we had a technical issue in the room and they didn´t fixed after 2 days. Very disappointing experience and not what I expected. I will not be returning to Sagitario Hotels.The good thing is that we enjoyed the pool which was comfy and clean.
