Nice hotel but bad last night

Nice hotel .friendly staff food ok but last night we were there they decided to think we had left the night before so they decided to switch the electric off in our block .I went to 24hr reception where the lady shrugged her shoulders and made a call and said man on way from cuitedella. Told her that's too long as we had flight at 8am .so we had to pack in the pitch black except for the torch on our phones. Didn't even have a morning coffee until we got to airport plus restaurant didn't open until 8am .was goid until all that happened. Audax next year I think ??

Very nice hotel.Our 3rd visit.We are well catered for and looked after by staff who feel like friends.Yosvany the entertainment guy is brilliant.He made the evenings really fun.The beach isn’t far away.We are definitely coming back again .

Had another lovely 9 day holiday at Ilunion Menorca .All the staff are very welcoming.They called us their English family ??Evening entertainment with Yosvany was amazing. Great quizzes and bingo . All the guests enjoyed their stay and we made friends from France , Germany and Portugal to name a few .Bedrooms cleaned every day , anything we asked for was not any trouble from a kettle to extra shower gel .Staff made the experience a pleasant one from animation ,kitchen staff , chef , reception and the director.We had 2 one bed apartments which had everything we needed.We had half board and always plenty of choice .Thank you From your English family xx

Ilunion Menorca Hotel, Cala Galdana, Menorca, Balearic Islands excellent hotel bit tired but clean and tidy staff are all very friendly and helpful great location 10 min walk to a fantastic beach and shops ,parking is a bit of a issue unless you get there early in morning .

A perfect stay in Cala Galdana

After staying at a subpar hotel for several days before this one, the difference could not be more stark. I am not sure if that may have colored my opinion of this place, but everything was incredible.From the time that we walked in to the wonderful air-conditioning in the lobby to the time that we checked out, everything was five stars. The employees were welcoming and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. There was even entertainment one of the nights that we were there!The walk down to the beach from the hotel was really not terrible, I wish concerned as it is up a hill, but it takes maybe 10 to 15 minutes to walk down.The kitchenette was clean and well equipped, I really appreciated the cleaning kit that was provided as well. The air-conditioning kept things at A perfect temperature, which was no small feat during the heat wave. The breakfast buffet was also quite good and varied. The beds were comfortable. There was a nice little balcony with racks to hang towels and wet clothing as well.Honestly, I am not sure if there is even anything that this hotel could possibly improve upon, well done. I would happily stay there again!
