    A lovely hotel, very near the beach. Buffet was excellent, staff friendly, welcoming and professional. Lovely pool. Hotel immaculate. Terrace overlooking pool added to the dining experience.

    Noise levels from adjoining rooms spoiled our holiday.

    Sad that I have to give such a low score, as the staff (with exception of those in restaurant) are lovely - they are friendly and helpful.However, I booked this hotel having read previous reviews as to how quiet the hotel is. In our experience this was not the case. The couple on one side of us had their TV volume up so loud we could clearly hear it in our room until around midnight. The couple on the other side seemed to crash through their bedroom door & immediately start “adult bedroom aerobics” causing their bed to bang against the adjoining wall. Once this woke me up at 3.30 a.m.!Never saw any of the restaurant staff smile and at best, the food was lukewarm.Would not recommend staying here until the hotel advertise that they use the in-built systems which hotels can implement on modern TV’s to restrict the volume.

    I can't praise this hotel highly enough. The staff, in particular the bar staff are just amazing. They are truly special individuals. Once they've met you, that's it, they remember you and are friends. The rooms are so clean. I've never been in a hotel so clean. Not a speck of dust, a scuff on the walls or floor. The bathroom just shone. The pool area was a joy. Always a bed to be had and very peaceful. No loud music belting out as I have experienced in past holidays. The village of Cala Blanca has a lovely shopping area. There is a great choice of restaurants. The views from the restaurants around the cove are lovely and the sunset can be enjoyed from those further around. All in all this holiday was the best. Even better than our Sandals holiday in St Lucia earlier in the year. Well done everyone.

    We booked Half Board and are so disappointed with the clinical, no ambience Restaurant, but most importantly, cold food.... which is not good hygiene at all. The Rooms are dated. The Pool is very nice and the Housekeeping good. It's over priced for what you get. Go B&B and eat out for better value, hot food.     We have just returned from our wonderful stay with you at Sagitario Playa. It was our 1st stay and found the rooms perfectly clean with hotel robes and towels to use. A huge shout out to the kind and friendly bar staff especially ‘BL’ for making our stay so enjoyable he really made our holiday, along side ‘ManUnited’ J’oan!!ALL the staff from reception, dining room waiters/chef, maids so lovely.We went bed and breakfast and always had full plates, we even paid to eat in the the hotel a few evenings.Thank you to all, we’d definitely return.
