    Relaxing comfort

    rating10 Oct 2026

Just got back from a lovely relaxing holiday at La Quinta. The hotel itself is what some people would say a little dated but we found it charming. It's a quiet adult only hotel which is was very clean, comfortable beds, good facilities and excellent food. The staff were fantastic and a credit to the hotel as it was end of season and they were doing extra shifts to cover shortages. A special mention to Nora who mostly covered the restaurant/bar and Octavio( think that's his name sorry if not) the restaurant manager who, I believe had not had a day off in a month, but was always smiling and welcoming. Eva Benejam, General Manager at La Quinta Menorca by PortBlue Boutique, responded to this review Dear Jane,Thank you so much for your lovely review. We are delighted that you enjoyed a relaxing holiday at La Quinta Menorca by Portblue Boutique ***** and appreciated the charm of our hotel, the peaceful adults-only atmosphere, the comfort of our rooms and beds, and the quality of our food.Your kind words about our team mean a great deal to us. The end of the season can be particularly demanding and we are very proud of the dedication and professionalism shown by our staff, who always strive to make our guests feel welcome and well looked after.I will be especially happy to share your comments with Nora and Octavio. They will be delighted to know that their warmth, smiles and commitment made such a positive impression on you.Regarding your comment about Octavio, I would just like to clarify that, although the season can be very demanding, he has indeed had his scheduled days off. We always do our best to organise the team's shifts and rest periods appropriately, while maintaining the level of service our guests deserve.Thank you also for appreciating the character and charm of our hotel. We are continually looking at ways to improve our facilities while preserving the peaceful atmosphere that makes La Quinta so special. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Menorca for another relaxing stay.Warm regards,Eva Benejam Manager La Quinta Menorca by Portblue Boutique *****
