Location

This complex is situated in one of the island's most charming resorts, thanks to its proximity to the El Lago Marina, where guests can find a wide range of bars and restaurants and typical Menorcan boats and modern speedboats as well as a mall where they can do their shopping. Cala'n Bosch beach is only a few metres from the hotel and Son Xoriguer beach, which offers a number of watersports, is about 10 minutes' walk. Ciutadella Old Town is 7 km away.

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2025. The complex has a lift and features 146 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available. A business centre with fax machine, projector and a flip chart and pens is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms have a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi are provided as well. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a whirlpool bath. The resort has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym and yoga. A range of wellness facilities, such as a sauna and a solarium, are offered at the resort. For a fee, guests can also take advantage of a spa, a beauty salon, massage treatments and anti-ageing treatments. Evening entertainment includes live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can dine in a cosy atmosphere at the restaurant (à la carte and air conditioning). Half board is offered as a catering option. A generous breakfast buffet and a dinner à la carte or as a set menu are served every day. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Amazing resort. Here on honeymoon. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are beautiful with robes and slippers, safe, built in blue tooth speakers in the suites. No need to reserve beds. Swim up pool bars available in both pools. Fantastic place

    Fantastic holiday at Casas del Lago the guy by the pool Brasilio made it even better such a lovely guy couldn’t do enough for you. Very clean hotel , great staff and nice being next to harbour and 1 min walk to beach. We will be back 👌🏻👍🏻🥂

    We had a delightful experience and received a wide range of respect and care from the colleagues if that was by the pool, or around the hotel itself. One colleague ‘Brasilio’ consistently gave my family and I excellent treatment and greeted us everyday around the pool, as well as asking us whether we needed anything around the pool at all - food etc. Our room was a perfect size and could fit my mum, dad and I in the room altogether. The food was also brilliant, ranging from burgers and fries to Thai food. When we first entered, we were offered drinks, such as wine or water, as well as a free selection of sweets which were available every day. This hotel is really a 5 star hotel because of all the convenient services and respect they give you here. I’d 100% recommend it to couples who want a quick getaway holiday together, or even a honeymoon. Overall, I am absolutely thrilled to have stayed here.

    Beautiful hotel, very relaxing, lovely location on the Marina. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Good selection of breakfast choices however the cooked breakfast could have been warmer. Great selection of restaurants, No evening entertainment or atmospheric bar for the evening but a few bars located locally to choose from. 5 minutes walk to the beach but no loungers.     Just returned from a fantastic, relaxed weeks stay, from the minute you arrive, till the minute you have to leave, the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them, and everything done with a smile!! From the reception staff, to the breakfast staff, the staff serving lovely cold drinks around the pool, and the cleaning ladies who seemed non stop, everyone was so friendly and helpful. During the week we had a bit of a problem with our room, but was dealt with quickly, and to our satisfaction, even received a lovely note from management, with a complimentary bottle of wine and a platter of fresh fruit. Set in a fantastic location by the marina with plenty of restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. Finally, special shout outs to Selene and her breakfast crew, never without the biggest smile on her face, and Liber at the pool bar, so friendly and makes the best cocktails, even naming one after our son 🤣 We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, chilled break!!
