    Wow what a hotel! We came to Marsenses paradise club not knowing what to expect but we were were amazed! Spotless hotel and rooms, food choices were brilliant for adults and kids, yes they're might be a queue for dinner but it goes down very quickly! Entertainment was brilliant, excellent location if you wanted to venture out to nearest town ciutadella by bus which took 20 mins. All the staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you! Shout out to Gaston at reception he was lovely and helpful! We are definitely going to book again for next year!

    We visited in May and can confirm this hotel is best suited to families and was mainly younger families when we visited. The entertainment work had to keep all entertained and held mini discos even in the pool during the day. Our daughter would have loved it had we visited when she was younger. But the negatives was the representation of being all inclusive as this is a little limited as no bar or snack facilities between 2330 - 1030. No specific theme spare restaurants or evenings in the buffet restaurant only. Plenty of food but I would say a limited choice but you can always find pizza and pasta. There was a queue at 7pm for early dinner but once the mini disco was on 8:30om no issue or queues getting a table and plenty of food if this time suits you better. We had superior suite which was great with lovely decking with two sunbeds, separate bedroom and plenty of storage. Although No mini bar and limited coffee tea facilities, you do get a bottle that you can refill with water from stations around the hotel Grounds were well tended and pool areas clean and tidy. It was expensive but we had a great break away and maybe our expectations for all inclusive were too high. We did eat out a couple of evenings and plenty of choice around marina if you fancy a change.

    Great location right by the harbour, shops and restaurants and 5 to 10 minute walk to a small cove beach which does have a bar.friendly family atmosphere. We had a suite which was very roomy and a big comfortable bed. Good value for money. Always clean and maintaining areas. Our room was close to the entertainment room which had a bit of noise but not excessive. Service from reception, bar staff, restaurant staff and entertainment all friendly, helpful and polite. Pool areas and lounge areas excellent. Restaurant very good with seating inside and out. Brilliant pool slide for the children. Snacks,drinks and ice cream available throughout the day.     Perfect family hotel for younger children. Staff and entertainers are great, evening entertainment is enjoyable for all. Pool areas lovely and rooms kept to a high standard. Fantastic location 2 min walk from the port and shops/ restaurants/ bars, 8 min walk to the beach and 15 min taxi to the old town. Food was varied and something for everyone to eat. Be aware that busy meal times can result in queues for the buffet which isn’t ideal but manageable in lower season times. Overall a wonderful family stay and would return!
