  Food needs to improve as cold and poor choice

  We arrived 6th October for a week and we have a mixed review We have stayed locally before (sol falco) and loved the area and so decided to choose a different hotel The rooms are clean large and well equipped and we adored the large bed, shower, kitchen and day beds overlooking the pool The drinks available were amazing and staff were amazing The food however was very poor - we found it cold at times and selection was poor and very limited vegetarian options On Monday this week there was a cold mushroom curry or fried anchovies…. We again had to go for pizza and chips.We feel the food was lazy with no thought given. Compared to where we stayed before - the food was 1 star.. it comes to something when you choose a too good to go bag from Sol falco or s Burger King compared to taking free food from the restaurant Evening entertainment was ok… but we felt the rows and rows of chairs were a bit like a church with the odd table here and there… I suggest the set up is changing with chairs around a table..Drinks were 10/10 - amazing Accommodation 10/10Food 1/10Entertainment 6/10Overall facilities 7/10

  Excellent hotel, average food Kids entertainment was a bit late at 8.30pm for young kids and was only half an hour.   Avoid This Hotel – Serious Cleanliness, Safety and Management Issues

  AVOID AVOiD AVOID. Don’t waste your money, book elsewhere. Our stay at MarSenses Paradise Club in Menorca was extremely disappointing and stressful. We experienced multiple issues that significantly disrupted our family holiday and I would urge other families to carefully consider these concerns before booking. Poor arrival experience: No luggage assistance, limited reception staffing leaving me to manage luggage in the dark while caring for my 2-year-old son and elderly mother.> Unacceptable cleanliness: Our apartment was dirty on arrival, with a filthy floor that turned our feet black and a dirty cup left behind.> Missing cot: Despite requesting a cot when booking, it had not been provided on arrival. > Serious air-conditioning fault: The bedroom air conditioning could not be switched off using the normal controls. Reception confirmed it could only be controlled at the master fuse board, raising serious maintenance and safety concerns.> Safe unavailable: We were initially unable to use the apartment safe because reception could not locate the required key, leaving us concerned about the security of our valuables.> Severe nighttime noise: This hotel is advertised as a family resort. A group of 5 mid 20 year old men in the apartment above played loud music, stamped on the floor and continued talking and banging furniture into the early hours, repeatedly waking our toddler. As the apartment did not have a phone connection to reception, I had to confront the group myself which was very uncomfortable. Our complaints did not resolve the disturbance.>Distressing confrontation: An altercation with the same guests left me feeling unsafe in our apartment. Although the manager eventually offered us another room, the move had to happen immediately and caused further stress.> Unsafe children's playground: The slide had exposed rusty screws and missing screws, see photos. This is particularly concerning at a resort marketed towards families with young children.> Restaurant: Noisy, long queues for a table, food selection repetitive and food on hot plates luke warm. Not 4 star quality in the slightest. We lost approximately three days of our holiday dealing with these problems, which caused considerable distress to my family. The experience fell far short of what we expected from a 4-star family resort. My advice to anyone considering booking: Please take these concerns seriously, particularly if travelling with young children. Cleanliness, functioning room facilities, peaceful nights, adequate staff support and safe children's play equipment should be basic expectations, not things guests have to fight for during their holiday.There is nothing Paradise about this hotel. Will NEVER book this hotel chain again.   Had a lovely stay.Will be looking to return hopefully. Staff were always pleasant a friendly. Location was lovely if you want a quieter stay.
