  Wonderful Hotel

  This was our 2nd visit to menorca mar we love it here all the staff are so friendly and welcoming it is so relaxing and peaceful here.If you are looking for lot's of noise and loud music played all day this will not be the place for you can't wait to come back next year.One small criticism the sofas do need replacing they are very hard to get up from if you are a certain age!.

  Great experience at Menorca Mar Apartments

  We have just returned from a 9 night stay at the Menorca Mar apartments, lovely experience from start to finish.Hotel is in great location - quiet area 20 minutes walk to marina, but close supermarkets and a nice restaurant if you want to stay more local.Our apartment (52) was ideal for us - good size living area, ample kitchen for self catering, bedroom with air conditioning and modern bathroom with walk in shower.I would especially like to mention the staff who are so professional and friendly (reception, waitressing, cleaning and maintenance) they are a credit to the hotel group. Thank you so much, would recommend and planning to return next year!

  We recently had an 11 night stay at the Menorca Mar and loved every second. The apartments are clean, spacious and have everything you need. We do agree with others, however, that the sofas in the living area need replacing. Our apartment was only a few steps from the pool, which was great. We could hear the entertainment at night but it wasn’t obtrusive, it was very pleasant actually, and finished before 11pm each night so don’t keep us awake. The pool area is vast, although a little chilly, and clean. We ate in the restaurant a couple of evenings where we found the food to be good and reasonably priced. The staff in the restaurant were pleasant and polite, too. I have a disability so finding good, accessible accommodation can be difficult but the Menorca Mar ticked all boxes for me. They’re flat, and where there are steps there’s good ramps. The walk in showers are a very decent size, there’s plenty of room to manoeuvre around each side of the bed and the apartment. The only downside is how far it is from the resort, however we find hiring a car reasonable, or taxis are always available and reception are happy to call one for you. I must state it is walkable for many, though. We loved our stay so much at the Menorca Mar that we booked for next year within hours of being back home. We’d highly recommend it.

  What a wonderful 14 days ,from start to finish ,all I can do is praise this aparthotel .Apartments are spotlessly clean ,white towels and sheets changed regular and the cleaning maids are very pleasant and work so hard .Pool is beautiful, grounds are well maintained and all areas are spotless.If you are able bodied the marina is a 25 min walk away im unable to do so we had a taxi 7.50 each way.We did go to the beach twice here too ,sunbeds are 21 euro for 2 beds and parasol which I thought was pretty expensive, the sea is warm ,clear and fish swimming around with you .We also used the restaurant just off the beach for lunch ,I had vegetarian lasagne it was pretty awful 18.50 and very bland, nice setting for a drink though.We did tend to use hotel for food ,well presented ,beautifully cooked and reasonable the steak was amazing. We did try a few local ones too ,2 rocks ,la nueva oca,but they were ok but not a patch on the hotel restaurant. We found the best supermarket to use past 2 rocks ,opposite side by the crossroads ,reasonably priced and had a really choice .We will definitely come back here ,all the staff work incredibly hard and are the making of the menorca mar ,well done to you all

  Lovely restful stay ( again )

  Beautiful, quiet location Our 3rd visit and we use it as a base but always come back late afternoon to use the pool.Sad that this visit people felt the need to put towels out at 7 in the morning!!! We never struggled to get a sunbed, plenty of choice. 15 minutes to the marina passing a couple of pubs/ restaurants and 2 local supermarkets. We do agree with one reviewer that the sofas could do with an update very low to get up from. Our shower head broke and we reported it snd within 10 minutes it was fixed. Room was cleaned every day of our 11 night stay.Live music every night. Lovely cocktails. Didn’t eat this visit but a nice menu.
