    My husband and I enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay at this hotel. The room was clean and functional. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The views from the restaurant were spectacular- the all inclusive buffet was adequate but we felt the drink quality could be improved.     Positives:- location, next to a gorgeous beach with great restaurants and bars- very hardworking and friendly staff- clean hotel- good pool- lunch and dinner- pool barNegatives:- we didn’t sleep well at all, for a week, beds could be a bit more comfy- small room (for two adults and a child)- not being able to use the bar/food on the last day after check out- kids club isn’t the sort of kids club we had in mind…we thought it would be the sort where you leave your child with the staff and pick them up two or so hours later, so that adults can go for a walk on the beach, etc. Manuela Santalices Triana, Owner at Palladium Hotel Menorca, responded to this review Dear Relax58962536570Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review of your stay.     Don’t book here if you expect a fully functioning kids club! Awful for a “family” hotel

    I stayed at Palladium Hotel Menorca expecting a genuine family-friendly experience, but unfortunately the hotel completely failed to deliver on one of the main reasons we booked this holiday: the kids’ club.The hotel advertises itself as a family hotel with activities and spaces for children, and the information available online strongly suggests that children aged 4–12 can attend the kids’ club while parents remain on the hotel grounds. Even the rules displayed outside the kids’ club clearly state that children are allowed to attend unattended as long as parents stay within the hotel premises. However, once we arrived, staff suddenly told us that children were not allowed to stay unattended at all. This completely contradicted both the written rules outside the club and the expectations created by the hotel’s advertising and website information.This had a major negative impact on our holiday. We specifically chose this hotel because it marketed itself as family-friendly with a functioning kids’ club for children aged 4–12. Had we known the actual rules beforehand, we would never have booked here. Instead of being able to relax and enjoy any adult time during our stay, we had to completely rearrange our plans and expectations.The most frustrating part is the inconsistency and misleading information. If the policy has changed, then the website, signage, and guest information all need updating immediately. Families should not arrive at a hotel only to discover that one of the key advertised facilities is not actually operating as described.I would strongly recommend that families think carefully before booking this hotel if the kids’ club is an important part of your holiday. The information provided by the hotel is inaccurate and unreliable, and this significantly affected the quality and enjoyment of our trip.
