Location

This apartment complex is located in the centre of beautiful well-tended gardens, roughly 150 m away from the beautiful Cala Santandria bay as well as 400 m from the bathing bay of Sa Caleta. Both are easily reached down a flight of steps. It is approximately 2 km to the Ciutadella. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the vicinity. There is a public transport stop around 100 m from the apartments.

Facility

The complex was modernised in 2023. The hotel has a lift and features 334 non-smoking rooms, including 86 suites and 156 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. For the littlest travellers, children's beds can be provided at no extra charge. A safe and a desk are also available. A mini fridge, a microwave and a tea/coffee station are standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower. 89 family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Sun loungers and parasols the sun terrace complete the holiday. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. Leisure options at the complex include basketball, a gym and table tennis. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking and massage treatments. A kids' club and live music round out the entertainment options.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room and a café. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A generous breakfast buffet, a lunch à la carte and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options. For an extra fee, alcoholic beverages are available.

    The hotel was so lovely! We had a great time and it was super close to the city centre of a Citudella.     Lovely Hotel & Staff - Very Peaceful

    Just back after a week staying here in one of the one bedroom suites. Very clean place -you always see people cleaning, gardening etc. The gardens and pools are lovely and well cared for. The staff are lovely and very very helpful. The majority of guests were either Spanish, French, German or Italian. Not many brits. This showed in the food available in the restaurant. It was very targeted towards a Mediterranean diet. A couple of things to highlight - the pools were FREEZING. I appreciate it was early October but even if they were heated slightly. They were just too cold and unfortunately because of that I didnt actually swim - just braved it up to my waist. Even my son who loves water said they were too cold. A few other people commented on that too when we were there.When we were dropped off at the reception on arrival with the other guests, we waited in a queue to check in, only for then to be told that the reception for the suites was further up the road. The main reception was just for the hotel rooms. Would be good if that was highlighted before arrival. However, even with these comments, the hotel was lovely, beautiful views from the cliff tops and very quiet. Would definitely recommend a visit.
