    Only positive I can say is rooms generous size Be warned , this is 100% not a 4 star hotel … it’s 3 at best . No lift for physically impaired or to take up heavy luggage , bedding very old tattered , bath towels small thin and hard as a board …breakfast buffet uncovered for flys to share with you. No pre warning that front desk is closed for siesta part of day and no instructions left for us or other family that happen to check in that time of day . Creates a lot of stress during a holiday that should be opposite . Don’t be fooled by “luxury “ Maria Pons, Director General at Seranova Luxury Hotel, responded to this review There is no elevator, as clearly indicated in all our profiles and service signs. We are a stately home over 200 years old, and architectural law prohibits them. It is also noted that there is no 24-hour reception.

    My husband, myself and my sister stayed at the Seranova for the first time and we were really pleased with our choice. The room was very clean and had a little balcony which although there wasn’t room to sit out I loved watching the people walking by and going into the nearby shops. The bathroom was huge with a bath and a shower for two people to shower together! Breakfast was delicious and different each day. You could ask for a breakfast of eggs and bacon which was made by the staff . The receptionists were all lovely and very helpful. We will definitely be back to this super hotel next year.     A gem of a hotel!

    Stayed here for 5 nights. Absolutely beautiful room in a lovely hotel and excellent staff. Right by Cathedral yet very peaceful. Fantastic breakfasts and a little pool just right for a quick dip to cool off in. There is an honesty bar which works well. Very highly recommended.     We booked the grand comfort plus room number 7 with a small balcony which overlooked the cathedral and street, well worth splashing out the extra. Breakfast was tasty with a range of small dishes made fresh to order. The welcome was lovely we got some special cookies when we checked in and a small birthday cake, what a great touch Included in the cost was the contents of the mini bar for your first use, after that it was payable, huge beds and big double shower.     The location of the hotel is perfect, easy to find parking and walk to the hotel. Close to some very good restaurants in the centre of town. The hotel staff were particularly helpful, when we asked for suggestions for places to visit or calas to sunbathe. Indeed we suggested the receptionist was better than Google! For breakfast you can order many things: I recommend the toast with avocado and anchovies. The charming lady will make it there and then for you. Overall we had a wonderful week there.
