    Amazing

    rating23 Sept 2026

One word sums up this hotel: amazing! Beautiful, comfortable rooms (some even with a wonderful jacuzzi), friendly staff, a very varied breakfast, and to top it all off: two incredibly helpful and enthusiastic managers—Leon and Raul. Every day they were there with a kind word, helped us with any problems (flight cancellation), and put a smile on our faces. You’ll want for nothing at this hotel: fresh beach towels every day, a free bottle of water every day, recommendations for great restaurants, and more. We had a wonderful time at this hotel and on this beautiful, peaceful island. Thank you, Leon and Raul. Best regards from Sonja and Frank.

Understated elegance in the heart of the island

    rating05 Aug 2026

S’Estancia Suites is truly an attractive and understated hotel in the heart of the island. An ideal location to walk into town for a meal and distance wise it is not too far from all corners of the island. Our room had a wonderful view to the back looking at the horses in the field, it was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom is slightly more open plan than we would like but it served its purpose for our short stay.A special mention to the staff – Raul, Paqui and the lovely Leon who looked after us each night with our requests for cortados and digestives’! All the staff work hard to make this a special place to stay – from the outstanding breakfasts, the cleanliness and décor to the warm attentive staff. This is a hotel we shall endeavour to return to.

    Hotel with a ??

    rating21 Sept 2024

S ‘Estancia Suites is a small hotel with a very big heart. Set on the outskirts of Es Mercadal but only a 10 minute walk into the town centre where there is a good selection of bars and restaurants plus 2 small supermarkets. My room was spacious and well appointed with a large comfortable bed and oodles of hot water. The breakfasts were delicious using lots of local produce which kept me going all day. The manager Raul, Leon, Paqui and the housekeeping staff were all so friendly and showed me such kindness. I will definitely return. ?? Raúl López González, Director General at S"Estancia Suites, responded to this review Thank you very much for your review Eileen. We would love to have you with us again. We hope you will stay very soon in our little hotel, in your favourite room. Big hugs

    Fabulous

    rating01 Oct 2022

Only stayed the one night but had a fabulous stay. Our room had a jacuzzi bath on the balcony. It filled quickly and worked well. Breakfast was superb, loads of choice. Parking opposite at the Sports Centre is free. Highly recommended.
