This appealing hotel enjoys a great location on the west coast of Menorca. The centre, with its multitude of shopping and entertainment venues, is roughly 1 km from the hotel, and Ciutadella's Platja Gran is some 100 m away. Menorca airport lies about 45 km away.

The hotel has 12 junior suites, 6 suites, 8 single rooms and 68 double rooms, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     We had a lovely stay at Port Citadella. We had some issues with our rooms which were resolved by the friendly and helpful reception staff. The restaurant was very good, food choice was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The location is great, with nice coastal walks into the town.The only less positive comment I would make is that the pool area should be cleaned regularly, we were there for two weeks and never saw the loungers or decking area cleaned once, which is a shame as it is a really nice space.     Calm oasis in Menorca

    If you want a calm relaxed quiet atmosphere with a lovely promenade walk into Ciutadella this is the hotel for you. On arrival we were greeted by Quim and checked in quickly and efficiently. He also made a point of speaking to us at other times in our stay making us feel very welcome. We had a sea view room which was great so relaxing looking out watching the occasional ferries come in or just seeing the locals enjoying the environment. The room was clean and tidy and well looked after which is a credit to the cleaning staff. There is a snack bar with a wife variety of well price meal options and the young lady in charge here was very good. The pool area with the two mezzanine levels meant plenty of sun beds at all times during our stay in May. Breakfast was good with a egg station to make an omelette or pancakes for you if you wanted one. Occasional queues at the drinks machine but nothing too major. The evening meals I think whilst good were the area where I feel things could be improved a little. The pizzas did not look like they were made in the kitchen and when I had the chicken paella the chicken was a bit tough. To balance things I also had a lovely tuna steak one evening (beef casserole was also good) and would have like to have tried the salmon but it was only available one of of the seven evenings I was there. Maybe some more full size pasta based dishes would be good rather than the small taster plates.We had a great stay at the Seth Port and Ciutadella is a lovely place to visit and I would return in the future.     A welcoming hotel

    The option of a 'sea view' could be called a little misleading. One expects an uninterrupted view of the ocean.Unfortunately here one gets a view of a sea inlet.Whilst it is a view of the sea it isn't what you would expect.Staff are excellent and whilst there is a variety of food on offer more effort should be made to keep it hot,as opposed to warm,which happens if you don't attend near to opening times.
