  Staff rude and unhelpful paid over 4500 grand for this holiday and would definitely say the worst experience ever. The room for four people was too small. Had to pay 500 for upgrade this I blame TUI for because booked in store and person should have told us we would all have to sleep, shower and try to sort out clothes for 4 people in one room.Went half board and the old man behind the bar watched you like a hawk so you don’t get any water or drinks without having to pay. The food! Well I am surprised I never laid an egg as it is chicken all the time and not very nice. The one time I did have a salad which was nice but did give me a really bad stomach the following day.JNo TUI rep there at all and try asking reception anything no help at all. Couldn’t find out what time pickup was till the last minute. Had the app but got no information off thisSo all in all a big waste of time and money

  Fantastic holiday. The hotel staff are very helpful, we had a family room which were 2 connecting rooms , 3 balcony's in total in a lovely quiet corner of the complex. Cleaners came every day. The choice of pools were good, always sun loungers available. Food was good with plenty of choice. We didn't find the cups any problem at all, they are just for around the bar / pool area and the pool bar exchange them for clean ones at any time. Glasses are available in the buffet dining room. The lovely beach is just a few minutes stroll away.

  Very quiet resort family friendly hotel

  Thanks to Christina the manager for giving us a free upgrade to our room with a fantastic sea view and great balcony , the room was spotless and the beds really comfortable . This was in block 9 ,. Christina was really helpful always greeted everyone with a smile . The hotel is spotless and most staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for you . This hotel is definitely family friendly . Plenty of entertainment geared towards families. Pool towels available for a refundable deposit Lots of sun beds for everyone . Lots of choices for food but always cold , there is a microwave which we used at everymeal. Delicious salads . Never tried the bar meals so can't comment . The hotel is within easy walking distance to the beautiful beach area where there are a few restaurants . The resort itself is picturesque but very quiet . Now for the negatives on arrival we were given a tiny room and the view from our room was the recycling bins . When I asked at reception for a change the two members of staff were very unhelpful. Then as previously stated the manager overheard this conversation and we got a free upgrade thanks again Christina . Now all inclusive , drinks limited choice and only cheap local drinks . You have to pay 1 euro refundable for a plastic cup and carry it with you at all times . I get this is the green sustainable way but is inconvenient.   Great location and staff, but let down by the small details

  ​We recently returned from a week at Seth Punta Prima. While we generally had a good time and enjoyed the Menorcan sunshine, the experience didn't quite hit the 4-star mark for us. It felt more like a 3.5-star stay because, unfortunately, the "small things" really started to add up.​The Highlights​The Staff: Easily the best part of the hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly, especially toward our baby, which made us feel very welcome.​Location: You couldn't ask for better. It’s perfectly situated for the beach, local town, and nearby amenities.​The Complex: The grounds are reasonably nice, and the lobby looks like it’s had a fresh, modern revamp.​Dining: The food was consistently good throughout the week.​Kids' Pool: Our little one loved the play pool; it’s a great feature for families.​The Letdowns​Despite the positives, several issues made the stay less comfortable than expected:​Room Quality & Maintenance: The rooms are crying out for some TLC. We dealt with chalked-up shower heads (which ruined the water pressure), rusty bathroom sliding doors, and a broken laundry rail on the balcony.​The Heat: Our air conditioning did not work for the entire week. When we complained, we were told it "doesn't usually get this warm this time of year"—an excuse rather than a solution. No one offered to fix it.​Cleanliness Issues: While having a soft play area is a great idea, this one was filthy. After 30 minutes of crawling, our child’s hands and feet were filthy. It clearly hasn't had a deep clean in a long time.​Disruptions: As parents of an infant, we found the noise management poor. We were placed right next to the bar (kids party until 11:00 PM), and workers drove loud lawnmowers past the rooms at 9:00 PM to collect rubbish. Furthermore, cleaners were power-washing the poolside beds at 10:00 AM—two hours after the pool had already opened for guests.​Buffet Safety: There was minimal signage on the buffet food. If you have a specific allergy, this could be quite a gamble.​Final Verdict:If you aren't too fussed about room aesthetics and don't have a sleeping infant, you’ll likely love the location and the staff. However, for a 4-star rating, we expected better maintenance, cleaner kids' facilities, and a bit more common sense regarding noise and guest comfort.   Not ready for summer

  First impressions of this hotel are not great. Weeds growing through the pavers and staff pressure washing the area when clients were trying to relax by the pool. There is a nice garden area leading from the restaurant but we noticed it is not well maintained. The same broken lights, rubbish and discarded plastic cups remained all week. Some of the rooms have balconies overlooking others in very close proximity. We declined one of these and were then given keys to a room that was already occupied. Very worrying from a security point of view!!The food was ok and the salads were good. There was little outside entertainment and for 4 nights in a row the animation team were on duty.Location was good with a bus stop and a lovely bar right outside. The land train to Binibecca was also very close and was well worth the trip. Overall I wouldn't classify this hotel as a 4 star, more suitably a three.
