  We arrived on 23rd September for 10 nights. The check in at reception was quick and the reception team were very friendly and helpful.We were allocated room 3009 (block 3). The room was comfortable but quite small, the sliding wardrobe doors were difficult to open, and the shower tray overflowed onto the bathroom floor causing the floor to become slippery. The balcony faced the balconies of the opposite apartments so we didn't use it. The bed was very comfortable, and room cleaned daily. that's all that is important to us.The restaurant was excellent. Great choice of food, and quickly replenished at busy times. The staff work extremely hard to ensure there are always tables available.Poolside was also excellent. comfortable beds and very clean surroundings. The animation team were brilliant. Encouraged you to get involved with activities but never pushy.Pool towels are provided when you arrive. If you want to change them during your stay you just donate 1 Euro to charity.The location of the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach but is a bit of a uphill walk coming back if you struggle walking.Overall we were very happy with our stay at this hotel. A big thank you to all the staff. All very friendly and hard working. We would definitely consider returning.   Great for a quierter break for chilling and soaking up the sun.

  Spolessly clean in all areas particulary the restaurant and outside bar.pool was very clean as well.room was adequate and resonably finished.Good variety of food every day,ic you walk around to find it .Always seemed freshly prepared.quiet hotel most of the time but some activities by the pool area.short walk to a lovely beach .Able to use ajoining facilities in mostly young kids fun pool but separate adult pool as well.All staff were plesant and very helpfull.Had a great recuperation break.   Relaxing break

  We have just returned from a short stay here. Overall we are very happy with our choice of hotel and location.This is our 8th trip to menorca but have never stayed in Punta Prima before. It’s a nice little resort with a lovely beach. We never used any of the bars/restaurants as we stayed AI. Our room was spacious. We were i think next to staff accommodation so there was a lot of talking and trolley noise very early. Bathroom was a good size but the shower was hopeless. We had a view of the sea on 1 side but walls and roofs on the other.Food was good. Lots of choice every day and lots of flavourful items. The mushroom risotto was great. Good choice of drinks, typical AI selection but also extras like GF bottled lager.We found the main pool area too busy and wasn't keen on how all the sunbeds were just in long rows. We spent most days at either the pool in the seth club (much quieter) or at the beach. Cant really comment on the entertainment as we didn't get involved. All hotel staff were efficient and friendly.Varied mix of nationalities which we prefer to a predominantly British hotel. We had a nice relaxing stay and the weather was fantastic. I would recommend to future holidaymakers.   Great hotel and location

  A lovely peaceful location as we went mid to late september so not many people. Punto prima not a busy location if wanting more probably not for you. However there are some lovely restaurants and a few supermarkets you can get the ting ting train or bus to saint Luis or mahon. Reception staff friendly on arrival especially Vanessa lovely lady explained everything to us. We were all inclusive food and drink the same as most hotels, I would class myself as a fussy eater however every day I found something to eat and it wasn't just chips me and my husband definitely didn't go hungry. The hotel is very green friendly when coming to water and using reusable cups.Rooms we were upgraded to a corner room which are larger, all clean.Entertainment - well I can't express how hard the guys work both in the day and in the evening, they do have probably 3 outside acts a week all the rest is in-house but cricky they put on such a show, the team principal lady sorry can't remember her name, and Mario work extremely hard. The activities team are funny and friendly.I would say the hotel is very European IE Italians, french and Spanish however if you want a hotel which is just for English why go abroad..Value for money and atmosphere was friendly and accommodating.Another great point loads of sunbeds and they weren't reserved.Would definitely go back to Punto prima and hotel.
