Location

This hotel is located right next to the beach, surrounded by wetlands rich in various species of flora and fauna. The tourist centre of Playa de Son Bou, with its numerous shopping and entertainment attractions, is only a few minutes away from the hotel. The nearest larger town is Alayor, which is located around 5 km away from the hotel complex. Public transport is also close at hand (within 50 m). The airport is approximately 20 km from the hotel.

Facility

This hotel has 5 lifts and a reception desk. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides various services and facilities, including a baggage storage service, a playroom, a laundry service and a hotel doctor. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most units have a sea view. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed.     Just home from 10 nights at this nice hotel was a bit worried by some of the reviews before going but we had a nice time yes rooms are a little dated and food is a bit colder than you’d like but always found something to eat and most dishes were good quality and cooked well. The lady that does the cooking in poolside bar is brilliant and cooked food especially for one of our party who is gluten free very helpful .pool area very good and a gate straight to the beach which is fantastic. Our room had a lovely view to beach and sea with great little balcony and maid service excellent very clean hotel.     Just returned from a week at this hotel and it was amazing. Desk staff very polite my room was changed as I’m not keen on heights not a problem at all. Rooms very nice cleaned every day English channels on tv if you want them. Maids were lovely too got extra towels and pillows when requested. Pool was quite cold but no problem getting a sunbed and you’ve the beach right next to the hotel through a gate. Food was good there’s the restaurant open 3 times a day and a snack bar from 11/6 with 3 changes of food. Always found something to eat. Entertainment every night singers quiz night bingo. There’s things in the day to do darts yoga etc entertainment staff very polite made me feel at ease doing the classes. There’s big supermarket right opposite hotel and couple of rows of shops restaurants etc. would recommend the island day trip which you can book next to the supermarket. Great holiday will definitely be back 😎.     Worst hotel we have ever stayed in.- STAFF.. The staff are miserable, none of the entertainment staff spoke to us but made effort to speak to the Spanish visitors, the receptionist made us feel unwelcome within the first 5 minutes, the bar staff don’t smile and are moody, the life guards don’t watch the pool, they just sit with their hoods up on their phones. - ROOMS.. Rooms are very outdated and basic!, extra charges for kettles and safes, the showers are old fashioned and over baths, our doors to the balcony didn’t lock and we’re broken - a couple of people we spoke to said the same thing. The rooms are clean but very shabby, paint flaking off walls, old fashioned air con system, dodgy ceiling fans that I thought was going to fly off at one point. -POOL.. Very cold, not heated. Not allowed to use floaties/blowups in the pool. If you leave your sunbeds for more than 5 minutes then the life guards remove your towels. No atmosphere at all, feels like a funeral. Lots of bird/duck mess around the edge of the pool. -FOOD.. Awful, cold, not a lot of choice for kids at all. Lots of fish and sloppy food that wouldn’t even be served in prisons, poor quality, Repetitive, lived off chips and water melon all week. I definitely won’t be returning and won’t recommend to anyone.     Good Hotel but Check Your Windows Don't Fall Out

    The hotel itself is well kept, clean and polished with great views, an interesting location and with excellent facilities . The food is varied, fresh and should appeal to most palates. The rooms are comfortable and adequate but a bit noisy when neighbours are inconsiderate. The bathroom had a bath which took over an hour to fill (but would have been quicker if I'd used the detachable shower on fully hot instead of the taps). Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The entertainment provided is varied but the acoustics are terrible and the presenters very difficult to understand. My only major concern was, we were originally provided with a room on the 9th floor and on arrival, I went into the bathroom and tried to open the window, which was stiff until I used a bit of force. At which, the whole window came out of it's frame and was about to plummet to the ground outside when I managed to grab it and bring it inside. It was quite windy so might have blown away endangering the various people below (see pictures appertaining I have attached to this review). We were located to a different room after presenting the issue to the receptionists which had a far better view (see pictures) so I'm not complaining too much!     Okay for a very short stay

    On arrival the outside of the hotel is looking very shabby, but being beach location you can forgive that a lot of that is to do with the weather elements. The inside of the reception area, bar and pool all very nice and clean and new looking. The rooms however do not meet this standard. They are basic at most and desperately outdated. There is a lot of mould in places. Worst of all was that there was no hot water at all the whole time we was there despite complaining to reception nothing was done about this and no explanation given. We was only staying 3 nights with friends and overall the experience wasn't bad.The bar could have done with more staff and the entertainment was good.
