    I and my wife spent 7 nights in March at the White sands Beach Club in a two-bedroom unit facing the inner court of the resort. Our ground floor terrace provided a partial view of the ocean, quite pleasant while sipping our coffee in the morning. The resort’s grounds was well maintained and like usual we got very excited to see live trees and flowers in the mist of winter. Our place was very clean and in good and functional order. Temperature during our stay hovered around 15C. Very nice climate for us to relax and walk on the beach and nearby trails. In March, pretty much everything was closed around Arenal d’en Castell, but we did not mind since we had a rental car to roam to nearby towns. The lack of crowds was a major plus for us. The resort is well located at the mid Northern part of the island, therefore less time consuming to travel anywhere. The roads are in really good shape compare to our network at home. Our kitchen was well stocked and equipped to enable us to cook and eat all our meals on-site. Our dishwasher leaked on the kitchen floor one day and was promptly fixed after we reported the problem to the front desk. The queen size bed in the master bedroom consisted of two single mattress joined together (not ideal if you like to cuddle). Comfortable for me, but too hard for my wife. Wi-Fi in the unit worked well and was fast enough to what we needed. We only lost service for 24hrs after a major wind storm slammed our side of the island and broke communication antennas. Staff at the reception were super helpful and friendly with us.We definitely hope to come back again to the White Sand Beach Club.     From the time we walked in we felt welcomed. The resort in lunch a beautiful location, it's absolutely breathtaking . The reception staff is the best hands down. They couldn't be more helpful, they are a wealth of information for any inquiries you might have, and if they don't have an answer they will find one for you. The house keeping staff are awesome. So polite and respectful, I can't say enough on how grateful we are for their dedication to their jobs.
