Staff at every time of the day could not be more helpful. Perfect room for three people. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Brilliant choice of hot and cold. All very fresh. The lady in charge of breakfast was great. A bit out of the city but a straightforward walk. A wee bit dated in the rooms but very clean.

Below average hotel horrid location, and i'd give it a 1 star if i'm being generous!

The only good thing i can say about this hotel is the bed was comfortable! Everything else was awful! Where do i start! Firstly, it is WAY out of town, this was offered to us as part of a travelzoo offer alternative as the advertised hotel was at full capacity (my own fault for not checking the location!!!) it was either a 20 euro taxi to old town, or a 40minute walk!! it was in an industrial state type area, we were surrounded by car sales places, next to a garage. Not great! In the room, (which might i mention, this was suppose to be a SUPERIOR ROOM!!) there was no tea making facilities, not even a kettle! the bathroom was disgusting, mould, dirty walls & taps, dusty and clearly not cleaned properly! The same goes to the room in general, i was shocked to see dirt and dust about, when we went out for the day there was still dirt on the floors, mirror smudged and clearly not cleaned to standard! Our view was of car stores (see pics attached)The breakfast went down day by day, day 1 i thought this is OK, i got offered a custom made omelette, i declined thinking i could get it the next day (this offer never came again!). a decent range of bits to eat, but as the days went by the selection went down and items like fruit was not refilled as guests came and went. I like my coffee, and the stuff they had in the dispensary was average at best - i noticed our last 2 breakfasts the staff out go to the paid bar instead of the free stuff! Put me right off!! the pretty picture you see of the welcome desk is a front and i would not stay here even if it was free, the company i booked via offered me a small discount i said it would have to be free, and even then i'd not go as the location is dreadful! I shall be reviewing the booking company seperately as they were just the worst and i have said i will be putting and honest review of thier horrid service (Planmytour.com).

Convenient For Concert Goers. Bit dated.

A great location for the nearby arena where we’d booked to see Bryan Adams. Supermarket across the street. Not that we used it. We booked room only (superior) it was ok….basic. Bed was comfy. Furniture old, chair dirty. Bathroom needs updating. Well whole place does really. The lift broke on us. Parking charge reasonable. Bar man very accommodating when all the concert goers got back. He was just closing up when we arrived. He served us, then was inundated. Took three attempts to get a key card that would open our room 🙄

Overall a decent stay in a nice hotel, but bathrooms need updating.The shortcomings in the level of bathroom facilities were mitigated by excellent staff.
