  We are her now and staying for 3 nights I really can’t believe the negative reviews Highs Staff reception , bar and restaurant pm brilliant Attentive , good was brilliant We had a one bed apartment and we can’t fault itReally plush inside , rooms cleaned ever day . We had 2 rooms as a group Only comment let people know pool is closed in October for winter

  A Shocking hotel, meant to be five star but struggling to be a one star. Extremely bad ,I would advise people not to go near this hotel

  I stayed at the Pisa Tower Plaza hotel for a week , my thoughts as follows,PositivesRoom was a little on the small size but clean - towels and bed linen changed daily.The pool area was nice- clean - with bar facilities - towels were given out at receptionThe hotel staff were very friendly and helpful if you needed any advice .NegativesThe hotel is located a good 30 minutes walk from the center of Pisatoiletries in the bathroom were of poor quality.There is not one english channel on the TV in the roomWifi in the room was poorThere was only 3 hangers in the wardrobeBar prices at the pool area were expensiveBreakfast cost per person was expensive- re 20 euro per person daily.Over all i enjoyed my stay - the big plus for the hotel is the pool area which is niceAs mentioned by previous guests - it is not a 5 star and does need some refurb work , but it is also not as bad as some of the reviews it has got -.

  RUN. 2-star hotel with severe problems on top

  BUGS IN THE FURNITURE, STEER CLEAR! Very disorganised and rude staff who did not take this seriously. He argued with us, interrupted us, made conflicting points, and tried anything to save his own skin. He ejected us in the middle of the night and we had to stay outside in the city all night, which was quite dangerous and extremely unpleasant. PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED! This is NOT a 5-star experience in the slightest, more like 2 or 3 star, if you could ignore these problems.Eventually refunded by a responsive daytime staff member, but they dragged their heels and it took days of emails and calls to complete.Be aware, Trip.com does not allow you to leave a review if your booking was cancelled (includes refunds), take those reviews with a pinch of salt, though there is one of a poor girl who was bitten by these all night and had an allergic reaction, no refund or apologies.

  After booking I was rather worried having read the negative reviews however, we had a great experience! Yes, the hotel does need work but it's all cosmetic. Our rooms were clean and we slept really well. The staff were lovely and helpful and they gave us 2 rooms, 2hours early. (We were a large group). Do try the restaurant, the manager is a lovely chap who was so helpful and the food was delicious. (And yes we have stayed in many first class establishments)
