Location is excellent with easy walking to the city square and cathedral. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool area is small but spot on. Staff are very helpful and polite. The only negative is the half board food menu which was disappointing. We were there 4 nights and ate from the menu twice. The selection was small and not enough choice. We paid for food off the main menu on a couple of occasions which defeats the objective of HB. We preferred to eat out. Another point is in relation to breakfast. The cold menu was lovely but if you want a cooked breakfast we hope you like it cold ??- every morning cold food and an egg car crash - fried eggs over done, piled on top of each other - just not appetising. Stick to the continental breakfast where everything was fresh. Excellent hotel. Have come here for the past 3 years. Lovely staff. Rooftop pool excellent although could do with being open a bit later maybe 10 oclock and opening earlier. Rooms really nice and very clean. Will definetly be back. Perfect for overnight visit

Reception was one of the best I have experienced. Professional and informative, while being genuinely friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice fridge with complementary water ( members). A/c works well but door between room and room lobby should be kept closed for efficiency.Bar staff were engaging and polite. Drinks are expensive for Spain. Remember members get 10% off food/ drinks. Rooftop pool is small but nice area especially on a hot summer day. Location is excellent, near the train station Carmel snd walking distance of attractions.
