  Clean and big room, gym open 24 hours, wifi works well, big outdoor swimming pool just outside a motorway exit., easy to park. No dinner available nevertheless they can offer room service. It is 5 minutes driving to Totana town.Friendly staff

  The hotel is a little tired and old fashioned. Although is a very popular wedding venue and probably explains how it exists. The hotel was full of wedding guests when we were attending a wedding here. At least two weddings at the same time - so if you like weddings, dreadful food, ignorant staff, a pool that was closed for no reason and you love industrial estates, book it.

  As a single woman was made to feel unsafe here and was recommended unsafe places to visit I had stuff missing and no one spoke English but they actually did on industrial estate so no where to visit on foot and food and drinks extra and expensive the pool was not open all the time and I seemed to have been fooled

  Great place to stay for Truckers .......

  Looked great from outside, clean tidy, lovely pool and gardens ....... but there it stopped!Room was clean and tidy, good sized room and bed, great view of the pool and garden ..... but that was all you got ....... pool and gardens both closed, for no reason given, by unhelpful desk staff, real shame when it was 32c outside ...... but great view of the truck park.No bar or restaurant, breakfast was only redeeming light good value and choice.Staff not interested, took 2 days of a 4 day stay to unlock the room safe for me.Double room, but had to ask for second set of towels ......This looks like a hotel being run down, mainly used by truckers as close to A7.

  Clean rooms and pool, poor food and drink

  I stayed here a couple of nights for a wedding. It's a basic hotel with few facilities, but modern and clean. The reception staff were friendly but spoke very little English and no French, so asking for anything was difficult. There was no written information in the rooms to assist. The pool staff were friendly and spoke English as well as serving beer. The restaurant is a basic self service cafeteria, so go into town if you want better food. Convenient and fair price, but with a bit more effort from the hotel management it could be so much better.
