  Absolutely spotless hotel . An easy flat 20 min walk to the centre , but ideal for our theatre visit. Large room, quiet , and very comfortable bed and extra pillows. Well lit and spacious bathroom , with fluffy towels . Fridge , but no tea /coffee facilities and very expensive snacks available in the room . Bar prices very reasonable for a city . Outdoor pool and surroundings , very well kept. Polite staff .Did not use the restaurant., but the bar menu had plenty of choice . parking extra , and quite difficult .

  Great hotel stay for a week

  Really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Nerva thank you. The room was clean and spacious, the hotel is really large with plenty of room and the staff are all very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was great!

  The hotel was perfectly situated for the event we attended. Parking was easy. The hotel was spacious and clean and bright. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English. The food was delicious and breakfast was especially enjoyable. Our room had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable.

  Stayed here for 5 nights recently as in Murica for a friend's wedding.Lovely hotel on the outskirts of the city, about a 15-20 minute walk away from the main sites.Taxis are reasonable as is the circular bus which stops outside and takes you down in a couple of minutes for €1.We arrived early, but we managed to check-in, which was an added bonus.We booked a superior room with a balcony, overlooking the pool area, garden and mountains in the background, very quiet indeed.( Pool was closed while we were there)Our room was spacious, large comfortable bed, large bathroom and spotlessly clean with coffee machine, fridge, and safe.Wifi worked well.We ate breakfast in the hotel and they had a wide range of dishes available, fresh fruit, yoghurts, cheese, ham, cereal, croissants, pastries and a hot selection too, so plenty of choice for everyone, and a very relaxing atmosphere too.We also ate one night in the hotel and the food was reasonable priced and delicious.Lots of restaurants and cafes, in the old town, but not many close to the hotel, although there are a few supermarkets close by, but they are all closed on a Sunday.All staff we encountered, whether reception, housekeeping, bar and restaurant were lovely, helpful and friendly throughout.The only downside was that there was no ironing facilities in the room, but the hotel offered this as an additional charge.
