  Great, clean hotel in a good location for walking into main central area of Murcia.Small pool area is nice and quiet with good sun exposure through the day.The room I stayed in was nice but there was a half patched up hole in the wall which let the overall finish down. I stayed 5 nights and unfortunately the last two nights my sleep was disturbed significantly by the people in the room next to me who seemed to be up at 1/2am speaking loudly, sounded like child/children running about, banging on walls, dropping things on floor. This does not reflect on the hotel but it did unfortunately affect my experience, which is a shame that it was down to the disrespect of other guests. Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout.

  Overall good stay and comfy bed, booked room with outside space there is only a few of these Staff were attentive at reception although bar staff could be more pleasant. Outside area is at the back of the hotel and is overlooked by 2 large skyscrapers meaning sun is limited. Pool area looks bigger on photos but is small although good service of drinks delivered to your lounger if wanted. Pool very cold as it is shadowed too. Didn’t eat in the hotel as I found it slightly overpriced so can’t comment on the quality. But annoyed someone above us was smoking and kept flinging their cigarette butts into our outside area. But far out from centre, but easily manageable grabbing the C1 or C3 for €1.05 per person. Supermarket practically next door and good choice. Would use again if in the area but would probably prefer closer to centre.   We enjoyed our stay at the Occidental Agalia. Room a good size with a lovely terrace that had the sun in the afternoon. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice and all the staff we met were lovely. Location about 30 mins from the centre of Murcia with lots of restaurants and cafes & a wonderful cathedral & we also found a great open air public swimming pool. We didn’t find many restaurants near the hotel but a supermarket & shopping centre very close by.   Amazing hotel, very clean, friendly staff. We have booked a room with terrace. Was just great! Big terrace, sun beds, shower . Also, very clean, comfortable beds. The parking was secure but slightly expensive.
