  In terms of value for money, comfort and location this hotel is great, spent 4 nights here. We did have a dispute with the hotel over a part of our booking and I have been waiting to see how this played out and to be honest I’ve come away from it very impressed. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel, from the team in the breakfast room, the girls who keep the place very clean and most definitely the reception team, who did their utmost to get a resolution to my issue, I have came away with a very positive impression.   Great location near Quiron Hospital and super helpful staff.

  Having had a mixup with another hotel, I walked into their reception and Antonio was sympathetic and found a room for me for one night. Then, another lady helped me with getting the Wi-Fi working.   Easy to find. Great start to trip as they gave us an early check in. Friendly staff, abided by COVID rules. Lovely spacious rooms with new beds, twins were more like 2 queen size. Great location only 10 minutes walk to old quarter. Ample hot water. Couldn't fault it at all. Amazing value for money. If I was to return to Murcia I would definitely return here. Lots of little corner cafes within a minute walk to enjoy coffee and tostada at breakfast.   Great hotel .. very near to town

  Stopped here for a night while visiting Murcia. Hotel is approx 10 mins walk to the main area, cathedral etc. Very clean room. Breakfast was very basic continental but was fine. The bonus was having underground parking as there isn't very many parking areas and where there are spaces it's blue pay lines.   Satisfactory but welcome could be better.

  Confusion with my booking at check in. English is not widely spoken. Room was acceptable and very clean. I appreciated the free water and snack in room. Breakfast was good value. Service and welcome was just acceptable and not very warm.
