Good location with all restaurants surrounding near by and 10 mins walking distance to the Murcia Cathedral and River Sergura and museums. The hotel room is a bit tight and needs updating. The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful, the breakfast service is very good and delicious. We were booked the suites with terrace balcony. Bathroom is almost as big as bedroom. We spent 7 nights here during the city's 1250 years anniversary. It was super warm and lively week of week in Murcia. We love it so much and we will be back again next year.

Great city centre hotel geared for business visitors but an ideal city centre location off the plaza del flores. Room 705 was superb with a balcony view over the rooftops to the cathedral tower.

This hotel was perfect for a three night stay in Murcia. The room was large, clean and had all of the amenities required - mini fridge, air conditioning (much needed when it was 30+ degrees outside), black out curtains, powerful shower, comfy bed, kettle and iron. The only thing I would score it down for was that the decor is a little dated, but that did not impact on an enjoyable stay. It is very conveniently located, only 5/10 mins walk to the cathedral and it is on the same street as several shops, bars and bakeries.

Stayed here June 2024 with a group of friends Thought the hotel was well situated in the city and a very good standard for a 3 star hotel and couldn't find fault with the place.Polite and helpful staff the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice (hot and cold) and good quality tooThe room was clean and spacious with a good sized bathroom and facilities including roomsafe, minibar, air-conditioning and TV Perfect base for exploring the city

My wife and I recently returned from a long weekend at the Zenit in Murcia City. The hotel is certainly situated right in the heart of the city, with restaurants, museums and other places of interest all within easy walking distance. My wife has mobility issues following quite a bad long term ankle/leg injury, so it was good to see that the hotel had a machine to take wheelchairs up from the reception level floor. A chair was also placed in the shower for her to use. We stayed for three nights, and enjoyed the breakfasts: A range of options - English and continental - were provided, though the quality of the food did (in our opinion) change somewhat according to who was the chef/cook on duty. Staff were courteous and attentive on all occasions, whether they were based in reception or in the breakfast area.The chief drawback to the stay was the size of the rooms. - We stayed on the second floor in what was an extremely small, hot room where there was just enough room to squeeze between the bed and the wall. Nevertheless, all the usual facilities, along with a couple of minor surprises, were provided, including toothpaste, chocolate and minibar provisions (at a reasonable price) though there wasn't enough space between bed and bar for the minibar door to open properly! All in all, a satisfactory stay, with some drawbacks, in a very central Murcia City location.
