This a great hotel in a very central location in Murcia. The staff and polite, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Nice atmosphere throughout the hotel and no noise from outside, but the rooms can bleed noise between each other. Would recommend. This modern hotel is ideally situated to be able to walk to old Murcia town and explore the museums, churches and, of course, the Cathedral. A visit to The Casino is also recommended. Room 27 degree. Charged to alter temp.

The room is 27 degrees centigrade. I am here for a course and I am awake at 3am writing this. This will affect my performance on my course. Sercotel set the room at 27 degrees and charge customers to decrease the temperature. I have opened the window and now have to contend with street noise.

Our room was a good size but unfortunately the bed was very hard for both my wife and I. Hotel is in a good location and right next to a large shopping centre and easily within walking distance to the old town. Buffet breakfast was reasonable but the hot food could have been a lot warmer, an omelette station would have been good. The hotel car parking was a little bit over-priced at 25 euros for overnight.
