  Stayed here for one night in Jan 2026.Pros:1) Location is good. It is a short walk to the all the main sites.2) There is a public parking very close to the hotel and they give a discount.3) The hotel front desk is operational 24 hours and the staff was courteous and helpful.4) The room and bathrooms were spacious and quite clean.5) The place is quiet at night and sleep quality was great.6) The tariff was reasonable.7) The WIFI was free with good speed and connectivity.8) Check-in/check-out process was smooth.Cons:1) There are not too many good eating options close to the hotel.   Great experience, although I was there only for 2 nights. The staff at the reception was cordial and efficient and the room was clean and tidy, with good space and also a nice desk and minibar.   Amazing boutique hotel, clean, modern, friendly staff and a great breakfast situated 5 minutes walking distance to the old town’s shops and restaurants. Cartagena is a beautiful city.   Absolutely exceeded expectations! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed.One of our rooms was ready although we were over 3 hours before checkin. This was much appreciated travelling with a toddler!My room,a single was beautiful. Unexpected large bed with all facilities as a double room.Rooms kept spotless throughout visit.We only took breakfast on last morning and were totally happy with the offerings. Next time we will book for every day!All staff were very kind, patient and super helpful. Special mention to Loli Juan and Francisco. Our request to check out late from toddlers room was granted with no extra charge enabling us to travel home with a well rested happy boy.Location brilliant!
