  No balcony, the hotel is attached to a school, no kettle had to go buy one, no hot water for a bath or shower.. ever.. had to use the pool showers, 14 euro a night parking but you can park outside for free, air con bearly works so we sat in our room at 32 degrees, do not recommend this hotel at all Manager LM, Other at Sercotel JC1 Hotel, responded to this review Dear Jennie R,Thank you for sharing your comments about your recent stay.The hotel does not have rooms with a balcony, as can be seen in the photos and description of the rooms.Only the superior rooms have a kettle, as indicated in the room's services.   Hotel does not let you know in advance that the gym and pool is extra. Rooms where worn, aircon did not function and leaving the window open was not possible to traffic. Breakfast as basic with a broken toaster. Dinner at the hotel was ok.   Very clean rooms but the air freshener smell in the foyer is unnecessary and repels me every time I walk in the door

  This hotel is clean. The room was so clean that I give it a good rating of four. How do they get a 5? Get rid of the perfume that they use when you enter the building. It smells so bad it clings to the clothing. It is not necessary to make smells like this for human life and makes customers feel like they want to run through the entry, . Secondly, the giant coffee machine at the desk is for decoration only. The restaurant is good for breakfast but the coffee and breakfast is all extra and very very expensive. There is nothing extra that is included in this hotel- no little perks-but because these of wonderful maids who do such great work I give this place a 4. If you want a really clean room in Murcia this is a clean hotel. The maids are the reason this rating is so high.   Fantastic hotel, clean, very helpful staff. Room was excellent and the service was perfect. WiFi is very good. Parking is safe and very convenient. Was working the entire day and didn't have much time to enjoy the surroundings but went out for a walk in the evening and enjoyed the clean and peaceful street.   Very pleasant stay in a very convenient location with car parking underneath & tram close by. I have stayed here a number of times & always return when visiting Murcia. Hotel clean and modern with friendly staff. Hotel check in is 4pm which is later than I would like, although you can pay to check in earlier.
