  Bad breakfast, room and supplements (paying for outdoor parking and getting wet because it rains is low level).The staff is friendly but scarce;, the computer system failed them and forced them to waste time and neither thank you, they do not give you even tissues and in the mini bar there is not even water...It's not four stars.   The hotel is fine, but Klaudia, the receptionist, is a treasure. Very attentive and professional, always smiling and willing to help, speaks English and Spanish and Polish perfectly.   Worst experience in years

  I have rarely found a hotel that disappoints me so much.What I liked:* Klaudia reception is the only rescueable, very smiling and helpful thing. What I didn't like:* The room was an OVEN, a gentleman at reception told me that I could not change rooms and that he is very sorry, the air does absolutely nothing and it was hell to sleep. * Interestingly, my co-worker who also stayed here had the opposite problem, the room was a freezer and found no way to turn off the air conditioning. * Shower head is IMPOSSIBLE to adjust, rotates to all sides and has to be adjusted every 10 seconds. To add to this, the shower key is in a very bad position, so the minimal movement of the body causes the water flow to shut off or change from boiling to cold. * The waiter at the bar is a nonsense, you can see that he hates his work and treats customers very discreetly. To pay for breakfast he asked me to serve myself on a plate whatever I wanted and then he “calculated” the value to charge me. * To close, not a single employee knows why the hotel is called AZZ. I know it's insignificant, but he notes that nobody works here because he really likes it or has any sense of belonging. ConclusionI hadn't written a review in years, but this hotel gave me the incentive I needed to. I deeply regret that my first experience in Navarre has been marred by this place. Es sorpredente leer todos sus malos comentarios sobre las instalaciones de su habitacion y cuarto de baño. Sorprendente porque en ningun momento se ha puesto en contacto con la recepcion para comunicar su mal estar y el posible mal funcionamiento del aire.No puede hablar en nombre de los trabajadores del hotel diciendo que "odia" su trabajo .   We went to this hotel and got disappointed, because the decor very good, comfortable rooms, but of course we entered people through the corridors that were crammed in the typical sofas of the common areas , barefoot, slippers by the common areas... a nonsense. Without being racist but it was a hotel of asylum seekers or refugees.. I understand that if you have this hotel for these purposes that don't mix with paying customers... I didn't understand anything.There are better options, apart from the poor location, a polygon....   Correct and good rest

  It is on the polygon, Very correct and good rest. But no cafeteria for dinner. You have to leave by car as it is far from everything. Comfortable bed, and good wifi. For a night of work is correct .in the morning the receptionist prepares you coffee if you do not want buffet, why there is also no service.
