Decent place, but far from the city centre
02 Sept 2025
Stayed here for one night in August 2025.Pros:1) The hotel is located bang next to a petrol station. So refueling is easy.2) The room, bathroom and the lobby area was very clean and well kept.3) The WIFI is free with good speed and connectivity.4) The front desk staff is courteous and helpful.5) The place is quiet at night and the sleep quality is great.6) There are plenty of open free parking next to the hotel. No need to enter tiny underground garages.Cons:1) The room and bathroom (especially, the bathroom) were tiny.2) The place is far from Pamplona city centre. It is a 10 minute drive each way.3) There are no places to eat close to the hotel. Pamplona, Other at Bed4u Pamplona, responded to this review We appreciate your kind words. We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your time with us. We hope to see you again soon.

Pleasant squash and a squeeze of a stay

Perfectly comfortable room though a bit cramped with 4 beds. Staff all very welcoming and dinner at the snack bar very efficient and tasty. Breakfast was a smaller selection than larger chains but all fresh and delicious. Only issue was the very thin single pillow for each bed. We hope you will repeat the experience again.

Great location with direct journey to medieval town centre in 8 mins. clean room, friendly helpful staff. Easy bus (No16 ) journey to town centre from outside the hotel. Affordable prices even in August. Breakfast & small bar available. Excellent Tandoori Indo restaurant will deliver to this hotel.

Shady business practices...

I made a booking for the San Fermin festival through their website for 3 rooms (we are a group of friends going together). One main reason we chose this hotel is because they only required a credit card in case of no-show, and the reservation said payment would be collected at the time of check in (July 7).Well, weeks after the reservation, without warning, they charged my bank account nearly $2000 US and said that's their policy for the festival (but nothing was indicated on their website). In fact, this is what my confirmation email says:CREDIT CARD DETAILSYour credit card won't be charged this amount (payment is to be made directly at the hotel on the day of arrival), unless you have booked a non-refundable rate or if stated otherwise in your rate's terms and conditions. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged a certain amount depending on your selected rate's cancellation policy. They refused to honor the terms of the reservation and caused my account to go into insufficient funds. Luckily, we were able to cancel and book at a different hotel. Horrible bad impression to leave on a guest. I get that you're expecting a full house but you cant change the terms that were agreed upon just because you feel like it.

Good hotel not to stay at.

August is a busy month for hotels, so did not get any choice at the lower price range. BED4U had rooms, so I booked one. On the map it looked fairly nest town, so that apeared OK. When I arrived I was disapointed. The hotel was out of town, located in an industrial area. Entrance was shared with a petrol station. Room was bare and looked like a prison cell, with the minimum of cheap furniture. There were seats outside the hotel, although you only had the close up view of the petrol station. The hotel served food, although I did not try their restaurant. Customers, who did not have their own transport, would have to eat there as there were no other restaurants nearby. Unable to walk safely into town from there (about 4km), as the sidewalk is in need of repair, and in some parts there is no sidewalk. Better to pay a bit extra and stay at a hotel nearer town.
