Really nice hotel in a good location. The underground car park has accessible spaces. It is a 25 minute stroll to the old town. We were there for the fiesta de San Fermin, which is an unforgettable experience. THOUSANDS of people dressed in red and white. The hidden gem is the Parque Yamaguchi (a two minute walk from the hotel - map in reception). Just by the water features is a square lined with bars and restaurants. The atmosphere during the fiesta was electric, but hopefully will be equally good at other times. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, or to return in the future.

We stayed here during the San Fermin festival. Parking situation was a little confusing, but the check-in process was quick and easy. The room was clean, quiet and modern. We intentionally stayed here because it was not in the middle of the festivities, but close enough that we could walk to (about a mile or 1.7 km) or shuttle. Turns out we made the right decision. The festival area was very crowded. Staying just on the outskirts of the chaos was the best decision. Area around the hotel was clean and quiet. Hotel offered breakfast, which was a big plus. Perfect for what we needed and would recommend staying here, whether for the festival or to explore the rest of Pamplona.

A Delightful Hotel in Pamplona

This hotel is a special place located in the quiet part of Pamplona, near the University of Navarra. From the hotel, it is an easy 30 minute walk into The Old Town. Our initial stay here was in 2009, and we are always happy to return when we can. Hotel Blanca’s staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. If you need anything the front desk is happy to assist, and they speak English. The housekeeping staff is great! They will keep your room clean, and replenish the supply of toiletries, which is wonderful. The breakfast room is a lovely room where you can enjoy a delicious & complete breakfast. It is filled with an assortment of breads, pastries, fruits, cheeses, meats, eggs, yogurts, juices, coffees, and teas. A special thank you to Ana! She went above and beyond to introduce herself and to welcome us. We look forward to seeing her when we stay here. The only improvement we look forward to seeing is the internet service, which can be frustrating at times. Thank you, Hotel Blanca de Navarra, for another delightful stay in your beautiful city!

Excellent quiet hotel. Large bathroom. Big closet. The windows opened so you could get fresh air. Nice bed. Very comfortable. Great cafeteria/snack bar adjacent to the lobby. Bus stop was right outside the door. Plenty of dining options nearby. There was even a easy coin laundry a block away. Wonderful area, would highly recommend. A bit of a walk to the old town and bull run, but only 30 minutes walk.

Our first stay in this hotel on our very first visit to Pamplona. Coming in after a long journey and arriving late in the evening, check in was quick and easy, and we moved to our room. First observation....- Decent size for two people, however less space for large suitcases- Bed unstable and moves, base of the bed is not heavy and therefore when you lean or slide it moves- No dustbins in the room- No tea kettle and tea in the room- Pillows uncomfortable, no choiceThe hotel has a great location from where there are several buses and taxis to city centre and other places. University of Navarra is walking distance. Quite a few restaurants and cafes in the surrounding. The Hotel also has a Europa Car desk. Due to COVID-19 limited services like everywhere. I was able to use the small business centre for work.MOST DISAPPOINTING - PATHETIC INTERNET CONNECTION in the room. I tried three connections and none of them would work in the room. We had to always sit on the floor near the door or come down to the lobby. For this reason alone I will avoid this hotel in the future. It was a struggle for 6 days.Breakfast has two menu options. One large around 13.50 Euros and the other smaller approx 8.80 Euros. Not sure why the breakfast cant be added to the room. Breakfast spread is quite good. The Kitchen is flexible, we wanted eggs instead of ham and it was catered.Washroom has a big old style plastic dustbin enough to pack a suitcase......toiletries are not of superior quality, leaves skin dry and the bath gel is very hard on the skin. HK is kind of ok, room floors are not cleaned everyday, leaving dust, hairs on the floor both in room and washroom and had to be specifically mentioned at the front office.Front office was very helpful with queries and print outs, etc. The lady in the morning and Enrique deserve special mention as being very nice and helpful. At the same time there was one very rude, misbehaved and arrogant front office staff (male) who answered rudely the phone. When he was asked that it was already time and breakfast was still not there, he had the cheek to say it was still not time in his watch. I dont remember the name but he should not be allowed to be part of reception and customer contacts.Overall it was an ok stay, had it not been for Enrique and the lady in the front office, we would have perhaps checked out mid stay.Hope services are improved and surely the hotel can do much better.Thank you.
